inally a Starbucks in Blytheville !! I’m very happy that there is now a Starbucks in Blytheville and that Blythville now has more choices for coffee. For years I had to go to the McDonalds if i wanted something stronger than Hotel coffee. This location is open early and has all of the Starbucks hot and cold items in stock. The staff has been working hard to keep up with the demand of a newer location and wait times can fluctate depending on the time of day. You have the option of ordering ahead, using the drive-thru or as tend to do, go right inside and order. I tend to do it this way so I can see what options that have for colds drinks, nutrition bars and the pre-packaged protewin boxes. On all of my visits over three days, I got coffee three times and worked remotely and had lunch there as well.

Ordered a drink ahead of time on the app and had a little wait time but nothing too terrible. The service was great however and the employees were very polite. This will definitely be my go to Starbucks!

Two weeks ago I came in and got a drink I didn’t like. I came in today and my friends had mentioned that I didn’t like it. The lady who took our orders had two dog tattoos on each arm. She was the sweetest and gave me a discount. I never got her name but she has such good customer service

The worst customer service
I ordered a latte that comes with caramel apple cream, and he said he didn’t know how to add the cream in the drink. The drink tasted like water, I called the store, and he didn’t even care about making a customer happy.

Zero Arkansas cups to sell which was why I stopped.
Then I was handed a hot drink with no sleeve. When I asked for one she made me wait while she kept working on someone else’s order. Sorry not sorry you finish with the customer before you start someone else’s order.
