As a vegetarian I usually skip sandwich places- as many sub shops disappoint me with their meatless menu items…granted, it is a little harder to get crafty with sandwiches that don’t involve deli meat. I figured I’d try Yellow Mustards tofu sub as a wrap- and I was soooo pleasantly surprised. It was super filling and satisfying. Honestly could barely finish it I was stuffed. Definitely going back for that one.

I just stopped in for my first visit to the yellow mustard deli, and learned that it is indeed a chain, family-owned with three outlets here in Vermont. The Panini was delicious and I sat out in the sun soaking up the last race before summer leaves us for sure in the dregs of winter. They’re outdoor seating is delightful and their staff is really friendly.

Great little sandwich shop with its own twist. I had a simple turkey club sub and it was fresh! Bread was awesome, meat and cheese amazing along with the veggies. The young lady behind the counter was kind and a please to chat with. Highly Recommend that you give it a taste. You will enjoy!

Easy 5 stars. It’s unhinged (in a good way) that I got a sizeable sub with a healthy portion of turkey & toppings, delivered quickly with friendly service, out of a shop where I’m sure rent isn’t cheap, in the year 2026, for only $8 (+ tip & tax). Delicious.

The young guy working there really saved me yesterday. I had a lunch for 12 people scheduled at a firm in Burlington. My initial lunch choice (not Yellow Mustard Deli) fell apart. Walked into Yellow Mustard at 10:30, explained my situation, and picked up a full spread 50 minutes later. I cant say THANK YOU enough for bailing me out!

I was excited to finally check this place out today. Since it’s a new spot, I’m going to give a detailed review.
I got Gabe’s favorite without bacon. The portion was great. I’m not a fan of the shredded lettuce and ending up taking it off and throwing it away. The bread is nice and soft, the bread is what makes this place able to compete with other local delis. The cookie was standard, same as you get a Burlington Bay or top of the block.
Now, the price was too high, I can get a better sandwich for less at TOB, but TOB doesn’t have good bread.
The male staff member was nice, greeted me with a smile, and gave me a deal. The female staff member was rude. She didn’t greet me and then looked at me for 5 minutes before asking if I wanted something. She overall wasn’t very friendly.
So, overall, it’s okay. I’ll try it again, but it wasn’t worth writing home about.

Overall, a very good Panini. The gentleman greeted me at the door and made my sandwich was very very nice. The only thing that I would say is that there was no salt at the entryway put down on the ice and it is very slick with lots of ice in front of the door.

I decided to surprise my daughter with lunch as we are both gluten free and she likes your sandwiches. The $11 ish dollars starting price was increased by $5+ for gf roll and the after all the taxes, ordering on line fees and tip (that I didn’t add) the two sandwiches cost $52!!!! That is outrageous. Sad that gf has to add $5+ per sandwich for bread so we can eat with allergies

I have tried SO hard to give this place time to get their act together, and they just keep failing to provide a minimum level of service and quality. The accessible door button is never turned on, and they consistently short-staff during the lunch rush. On a recent lunch order for a group, one of our guests let us know that they got sick after eating a sandwich from them. I’ve spent almost $750 in lunches with them since they opened, mostly because of parking convenience, and will not spend another dollar here.
There are much better lunch places in Burlington to spend money that genuinely care about their customer. It’s pretty much a matter of time before they close anyways, so if you’ve racked up loyalty $ with them, might be a good time to cash that out.

It was a big portion and a lot of meat that was given. The price was more than Subway and the taste was mediocre. I got the Italian sub. It was good for what it is.
