7 Brew Coffee

I’m really disappointed with how the store has gone since opening. I loved their coffee, loved their service, swore off all other coffee shops. But as time has went on, the quality has went down. Anytime I go, I will typically ask for light ice and half sweet. Every time I go, it is never light ice or half sweet. I rarely go unless I just really want to give it another shot because as I said, when they first opened, their coffee was perfect. Not too sweet and not too strong. I just went earlier this morning and I made sure to emphasize “half sweet” and I take a drink and it’s just undrinkable. You are paying for mostly syrups and half and half/milk here. You barely get any coffee and the color can prove that. The color of mine is closer to milk than coffee. I hate to see it happen to this location because they started out so strong and could’ve been bad for my bank account, but unfortunately the quality just isn’t there anymore. Disappointing.

I go just about daily and some of these reviews could not be further from the truth. The employees are incredibly friendly every single time I go through – and just about all of them know both my wife and I by name.

Service is only slow when they’re busy – which is understandable because duh, they’re busy. The comments of it being a half hour wait every time is absolutely embellished. I have waited 30+ minutes once, and the line was wrapped to the entrance so it was understandable.

There are a few different employees named Bree that work there that are all fantastic and personable – but really i’ve not had a single negative experience with any employee personally. They make sure to have conversation with me every single time I come through.. I will continue to go to 7Brew for my energy drink fix – if you’re a fan of dirty sodas/energy drinks and want to customize it to be perfect for your tastes – then this is the place.

I LOVE 7 Brews. But today was definitely different. We are all going to work wanting to get our coffee but today the girls working had different plans. They just wanted to stand in the corner and dance and talk. I waited over 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. This isn’t a dance club this isn’t Vegas. Sure have fun. But your getting paid to work not sit and talk and dance with your friends..

I have been to Seven Brew before and haven’t thought much about it, however tonight I was met with some of the best customer service I have ever had. Tyler took my order and he was a joy to converse with. He was very polite and even gave me some recommendations that I would have never tried if not for his input. Also Makaya at the window was super polite. when I had questions regarding the store, she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with zero attitude ( which is extremely rare to see in customer service today). Overall, my experience at 7-Brew tonight was extremely pleasant and these two wonderful employees might have encouraged me to return again! *Also the recommendation that Tyler had game me was extremely delicious and I will be having that again*
