I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant that truly captured the vibrant flavors of Dominican cuisine! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of delicious food transported me. I absolutely loved their beef; it was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The meat was rich and hearty, just like I remember it being made back home. Every dish I tried was an authentic taste of the Dominican Republic. The service was also wonderfully warm and welcoming, making for a delightful experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving genuine Dominican food. It’s a culinary gem that offers a true taste of island life. I can’t wait to go back for more! #DominicanFood #Mofongo #Sancocho #AuthenticCuisine #FoodieFinds #IslandFlavors

First time here, and I’m hooked..had the Carne guisado de res (beef stew) with rice with peas and salad (shredded cabbage and carrots)..I also got their chicharrones (fried pork belly) and a side of mondongo (tripe soup/stew). EVERYTHING was seasoned PERFECTLY…the beef stew had very tender beef and veggies, and the seasoning was spot on. The rice with beans had good flavor and was not too dry..the salad, was a salad, but good…the fried pork belly was crispy on the skin and juicy on the meat and not very salty like other places that have fried pork belly. It came with wedges of limes and 1 green salsa and 1 red salsa, which I enjoyed the red one the most. The tripe soup was very seasoned, almost a little tiny bit too salty, but nothing a little rice with it couldn’t cure, but it was still delicious and I don’t even eat tripe soup like that, probably had it maybe 5 times total in my 45 yrs thus far. The tripe was maybe pork, and it had a little bit of meat in it as well… VERY VERY, tender tripe, almost just melts in your mouth. I can go as far as to say it’s the best tripe soup I’ve ever had, actually. For the beef stew plate, 2 fried pork bellies, and a small soup, I paid just cents short of $30. Felt a little steep, but the flavors of everything and portions of the beef stew in the plate made it worth it.. I will DEFINITELY be back to try much, much more. KUDOS to them for great food and service

Amazing choices and great tasting food! Def top notch authentic Dominican food! Exactly what I was looking for in this area! It’s rare to find Dominican restaurants out here and this one got it! Grabbed a plate of white rice, beans, ribs, chicharron and passion fruit juice to go with it! Highly recommend! I’ll be back for another plate!

I’ve been looking for a spot with Dominican food & heard about this spot, it’s in the back of a store so I had high hopes. I got the Mangu salami, eggs & cheese…it started off great but half way through the mangu became very VERY SALTY, I couldn’t finish it, the rest was fried a little too hard for me I would have preferred my egg a little more runny. Bae got the stew chicken with white rice & beans, that was very good!!! We also got chicharron which was on point!!! The service was very very good I would go back & give them a second chance

I love this restaurant! Their food is authentic and delicious. The flavors remind me of my abuela’s cooking in Dominican Republic. I really enjoyed their pernil (a pork dish), their Moro con guandules (seasoned rice with pigeon peas), and their plátanos maduros(fried ripe plantains). It was all great!

The rice was burnt and the beans were burnt. This was the kind of Dominican food that is left over to feed to the homeless. I know REAL Dominican food and they are cutting corners here. Not impressed. Rice tasted burnt… beans tasted like it was from the can. Do better.
