I was driving down Kirk Road on my way to the outlet mall when I saw a sign for this location and decided to check it out since this was going to be my second time ever in a Jersey Mike’s Subs. I wanted to record my experience as well. Upon walking in with my camera, I was stopped by a gentleman asking me can I help you? I simply continued to review the place. Asked me again couple of times than I finally let him know what I was doing. That I was getting documents the place so the I can write a review based of my experience. He apologized for the questions since they have been getting a lot of people trying to find out why the place is under new management. We continue to talk more while I placed my order for two Big Beef Kahuna combo with chips and drinks. There were three employees working there. Two young lady’s and one gentleman. All three were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and nice. I got my food and left.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for at least 3 years. The quality, customer service and specials have never disappointed. I was sad to see the giants special disappear but I understand promotions come and go. What I cannot ignore is the quality of the sandwich. The bread was different (confirmed from staff member). It’s no longer big and fluffy. It’s thin and chewy. The rest of sandwich followed suit. There was less meat and cheese and possibly different quality of toppings. Unfortunately it reminded me of Subway. I hope it’s just this location that has changed and not the rest as Jersey Mike’s has become my go to for fresh subs.

Five stars to both the employees that were manning the store on 11/7/25 at 1:00pm – they were hustling and working their butts off. HOW ON EARTH ARE THERE ONLY TWO WORKERS DURING A LUNCH RUSH? They managed it well but couldn’t answer phones, deal with FOH issues, and I had a request to expedite a catering order but they were so busy they could barely shrink the line let alone hear me out. Insanely poor scheduling / resource management by the leadership of this store – two guys during a Friday lunch leads to an meh-okay restaurant, not good, certainly not great. 5 stars just for the two team members that were killing it.

Anytime we had ordered for delivery from this location specificity it truly has never been correct. We ask for pickles, we don’t get them. We don’t ask for pickles, we get them. Of course we have called and tried to correct our order but they are not well with following online order instructions. Love Jersey mikes and will just always go in person to order so we know what we’re getting.

Quite frankly, it shouldn’t take almost 20 minutes to make a single sandwich. I ordered a cheesesteak – and while I understand that they do their best to make it fresh, it shouldn’t have to take 18 minutes for them to do so. Both my coworker and I were shocked that it took so long!
And to top it all off, the cheese was absolutely horrific and caused us BOTH indigestion even though there aren’t any allergies or intolerances to dairy.

Went in for a giant Italian, I got pretty much just bread and lettuce. Not even a layer of any meat at all in some spots. I’ve been to jersey mikes a ton of times, it’s always been great. This time I might as well have just bought a loaf of bread and put some oil on it
