The customer service is abysmal and this papa John’s location is not only crap but they don’t care about their clientele. Please stay away from this establishment. I URGE EVERYONE to look somewhere else! Unless you’re looking to starve hopefully waiting on an order that will never arrive. This establishment needs to be shut down by corporate they give a bad name to the reputation.

So, I called to order . Terrible experience! The girl could hardly speak English, I order large specialty pizza, she asked if I wanted extra sauses..I just wanted the 1 garlic sauce that comes with the pizza. Then she oh, we just ran out of large pizza.. all we have is pan crust. I said ok. Delivery was on time only took 20mins from the time I called.. so I read the reviews while I waited(scary)… when the girl came to my house I asked her to wait so I could look at pizza.. no garlic sauce.. she said I ordered special seasoningpack. But I didn’t.. the girl on the phone obviously didn’t understand English. Either way the delivery girl was very sweet.. she said the person I spoke to was a call center… and that when you call the westlake number you should press 5.. to talk to someone actually in the store. I thanked her.. very sweet girl, glad she told me…

I’ll never use papa Johns at Westlake again. I had the cops called on me at this establishment. I called in my order, they took my card over the phone and said it was declined twice. I check my online account and had 2 charges from them. They asked for the card a third time and I tell her I’m not giving my card again I’ll just come pay cash. I get to the store and tell them why I’m there, they immediately say leave or I’m calling the cops. I leave and my boyfriend goes back to place the same order and was charged $20 more for the exact same order. He refused to pay it and was told he could leave or the cops would be called. He was immediately pulled over after leaving by 2 deputies and informed that he was trespassing.

Great service. Good tasting pizza but seriously lacked toppings. Mushrooms were shredded little pieces and on an x-large pizza there were only 18 pieces of pepperoni. Very sparse but still tasty!

I normally don’t write reviews but seriously…Ordered pizza at 4p for a 6:30p delivery and it’s now 7p and was just told it would be another 15 minutes. This has happened several times of placing an order hours in advance and it’s still 30-45 minutes late. But I will say it will be my last time ordering pizza from this Papa Johns. Unfortunate because the food is always good. But the service is lacking..

Place an order at 5:00PM to be timed at 6:15PM. Currently 6:32PM and haven’t heard any updates on my order. I’m at the meet at spot across the Hales Ford Bridge. Currently on hold and been on hold for a good while. No one is answering the phone. I understand staff shortages, but communicating with customers and updating them know the status of the order or say my order is being delayed, would be much appreciated

Not sure about some of the bad reviews but we order carryout or delivery almost weekly from this store and we are rarely disappointed. Delivery is always on time. Pick up is always ready when I get there. Food quality is better than other chain pizza in the area. Prices a little higher than average but overall convenient and good. Their take out special works well for us. Service has always been pleasant.

I love having a PJ so close to my house it’s definitely my families preferred chain pizza. I also enjoy being able to order online and use the tracker.
This store makes getting my pizza super easy and the quality has always been good for us. The staff are always friendly and I’m greeted seconds within coming into the store. Customer service these days can be hit or miss but it’s comforting to me to know I can come to this store for a quick and delicious pizza
