I don’t even know where to begin. This is an amazing company. I get all of my food here and have been for months. Combine it with the gym and you have a recipe for success. David is super knowledgable and is happy to answer any questions. HOWEVER the best part about it is he is willing to go in depth and explain the WHY. Most places try to get you on supplements and make meal preps but never fully go in and explain the benefits. He truly is a MASTER of his craft and I would and will continue to recommend anyone looking to get their health back on track to come here! Thank you David and team!!!

Man coming from NewOrleans and it’s my first day out here looking for food + being a gym rat! This is hands up the best place to go for a high protein meal, these other places that say they have high protein in their meals doesn’t compare to this place. They use actual protein powder, when I seen that I instantly knew, this place is legit with their protein. Please all my gym people if you need a quick high protein meal and don’t feel like meal prepping. This is the place to go!! Custom service was A1, Brodie was cool, place was neat and clean. They need to make more places like this God bless this place!

Everyone who was working when my friend and I went were soooo nice! The food was absolutely amazing. I got the Caesar chicken wrap and my friend got a chicken bowl with extra steak. It was delicious. We also tried the protein donuts and ended up ordering some for the office. I’ll be back to get some meal prep bowls for sure.

This is the most absolutely amazing place we’ve eaten in a while. It was very affordable, delicious and the food is actually incredibly healthy. They even offer meal prep and weight loss plans for those who are trying to lose weight. The art on the wall is very entertaining to stare at while you wait for your food to cook. Your food is cooked pretty quickly and it always comes out incredibly warm. There’s tons of business cards from other businesses that he just lets you leave there to help promote your business as well. My husband and I both have small businesses and we left our business cards as well. The owner is incredibly friendly. As an absolutely 10 out of 10 recommendation to eat at.

The food is super fresh and delicious! But the menu is very confusing and lacks detail. I didn’t know you had burritos because it’s not on the menu. Friendly service but rough menu that is costing you money. Restaurant is clean.

Ive only been here once and I was really surprised at how good the chicken and protein waffle was. It had no right to be that flavorful AND healthy I thought 9 bucks was a reasonable price for the plate, and I appreciated the many outlets available to charge my phone while I took my lunch.
The staff was very friendly and helped me figure out their menu. I’d definitely come back to try some of their other items!
The parking lot gets pretty full considering there’s a coffee shop next door people like to lounge at, but I didn’t have trouble finding parking.
