I enjoy coming here as they have been here for a very long time. Tonight I ordered takeout which was very yummy and accurate. I’ve also ate there before and currently is available which was also good experiences. Food is ready pretty quickly even when they seem kinda busy. I always enjoy the teriyaki chicken and gyoza’s !!!

I seen a lot of bad reviews and a couple good ones I decided to give it a try I looked online and saw the menu here from google menu and found what I wanted went in and respectfully greeted the employee he didn’t reply so I gave him my order and paid waited about 15 minutes for my food not a bad wait time got the chicken Yakisoba asked for it spicy and the short ribs the noodles are amazing were steaming out of the Togo box same for the ribs the noodles were 8/10 would be higher if it was a big more spicy the chicken was cooked perfect and the noodles were cooked perfect the short ribs were a 10/10 hot and fresh and seasoned good and literally fall off the bone with a little shake overall great experience as for everyone else’s reviews about him being rude I don’t think he was for me just short straight to the point when I got the food I said have a good day and he said you too so I think he’s just not a talkative person I didn’t feel any kind of disrespect just straight to the point to get me in and out I cannot speak for a dine in experience yet but when I do return will make a review about that so in summary the food is amazing the customer service is unique and straight to the point and I personally liked that don’t let the negative reviews stray you away from a good food give it a try if interested and just be prepared for the unique experience of being prepared and straightforward about ordering your food this all all my own opinion and just wanted to share after all the reviews I seen thanks for reading!

Absolutely delicious! I love teriyaki chicken, but it’s hard to find someplace with a sauce I like, and this was amazing! Huge portions as well, this was the lunch special and I could only finish half!

Although the owner was seemed inpatient, rudish and unpleasant, it added to the uniqueness of the establishment. Good was really good !

Me and my boyfriend frequently come here, and we love it! The food is great, and yea maybe the guy at the front can come off a bit “rude” as people have said, but I never really got vibe from him.. maybe when we first started coming, but I disagree with the other reviewers saying to ignore him! He is so sweet actually! He always greets us with a smile, and even knows what we will order now, he just likes when people order off the menu correctly! I have never seen another employee working, and they’re open 6 days a week, so I’m assuming he’s running the entire business by himself, so I think it’s amazing for what he has to work with! Keep it up! We love your food!

Food really wasn’t that great. The kitchen is disgusting, there is what looks like black goo all around the floors in the kitchen, and the same along the borders of the bathroom. The trim base is falling off and hanging out into the dinning area. The toilet seat is barely attached, and the soap dispenser as well as the paper towel dispenser is broken and doesn’t work. Silverware is dirty, had to ask for plastic fork, and the man working scoffed at the request and pointed at the dirty silverware sitting in a wooden box on the table. Everything about this place had me questioning whether or not I should be eating the food. The man working seem to have a poor attitude, would scowl and scoff at almost anything and everything especially if you asked him for a plastic fork, or to go box, he made nothing pleasant about eating there. I came into the establish with hunger pains, and left with new stomach pains. Truly surprised that the Better Business Bureau hasn’t shut this place down yet. Nothing here is clean or meets code. I’ve never posted a review like this before but first time for everything, as far as the worst place to eat teriyaki this place takes the cake.

Wish I would have read the reviews before coming in. My mistake. Worst service I’ve ever received and I’m usually very forgiving and this is the first bad review I’ve ever felt compelled to give. I am understanding of language barriers but you can still be courteous even if you know very little of a language. I’m not even asking for friendly here, just courtesy instead of the rudeness we received. Food was “ok” but definitely not worth going back for. Cleanliness of the establishment was also lacking.

Restaurant was dirty. Bathroom was very dirty and I was glad I used it after I ate. The guy behind the counter was not friendly at all and had a difficult time communicating. He was gruff and un welcoming. The food was fine.
I won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.

I come for the food, and the price/taste gives it a 5 star.

The proprietor, as most people note, is a curt, grumpy person who speaks little and probably understands less. Let’s just call him Curt.

Come for the food and stay for the food. Ignore anything Curt does, except for the good food he makes.

The name is Happy Teriyaki. I am happy I came for the food.
