This is the location closest to my place of work. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they’re fast -however- they over serve ice and under portion the coffee. As much as I enjoy the staff I just honestly can’t afford the coffee even if it WAS portioned correctly. I hate Dunkin’ but it looks like I’ll be returning to them. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ updated pictures- the issue hasn’t been resolve and has in fact gotten worse. They’re still over portioning ice and have further under portioned coffee. Asking for a remake is all well and good, but I shouldn’t have to and at this point it seems like I’d be asking for a remake every time. No one has time for that.

I had a great experience here today! My server, Mike, was awesome. I normally order the same white chocolate mocha every time, but today I wanted something different. Mike suggested a new drink, and I went with it — and wow, it was so good! Excellent customer service, delicious drink, and a nice vibe in the store. The girls working this morning were amazing. I forgot something and added it at the window – no problems. I accidentally ordered the wrong milk in a Macchiato and, while I was just gonna roll with it, they remade it for me! Excellent service and excellent coffee. Thanks, ladies.

This Starbucks always has great food! The workers are very friendly and the bacon Gruyère egg bites are delicious. The location also isn’t cramped and is very open. The food is a bit pricey though, with small portions for the cost.

Baristas are great! Awesome people! There is not much you can do to make the coffee better or worse it’s Starbucks but it’s convenient so that’s a plus. Otherwise a great place to come work or read.

Stopped here on the way to upstate New York and was pleasantly surprised! The baristas delivered amazing service, and even brought our food to our table. The only thing was one of the Peach Green Tea Lemonades did not taste as it normally does, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless. Highly recommend!

First and foremost this was my first time ever going to this Starbucks and only because I was in the area for work. That said, I had a wonderful overall experience! They weren’t very busy at this point (around 12:30 pm on a Sunday) but I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a couple of the workers. Noah was the guy that took my order and what a friendly gentleman he was! If I was the manager there I would be so proud to have someone like him on the team! Great customer service, great aura and mannerism, treated me as a valued customer AND a person – seems like a lost art these days, generally speaking (unfortunately). He took my order accurately, maybe I should say perfectly. My breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, & cheese) was just right, not overcooked in the oven (sometimes they are) and the gentleman barista made my iced shaken espresso in exquisite fashion … aka perfect! Nothing but good things to say about this store given my singular experience, I wish I lived close by!
P.S. DM take notice, given my many years (in the past) in customer service I know a good person when I see and interact with them. Please give Noah a raise, he absolutely makes this store a gem!!
