We USUALLY love simple Simon’s, but tonight’s service and food was exceptionally terrrible. It looked as if they were severely understaffed for a Friday night. I waited 45 mins after ordering online 10 mins prior. Once I received my food, I was missing two $4 dipping sauces I paid for. Additionally the veggies were very undercooked. Disappointed in a place that we love!
The workers were very apologetic but did not offer any sort of compensation.

The manager Jeremy is great. He’s quick, welcoming, friendly and he’s always receptive and on top of things. He makes a fantastic pizza too. Always happy to see him up front and/or making the food. The dude makes it worth ordering from inside.

When we got there they it would 20min or longer which and I ordered on line. And then when I got home the pizza was burnt my grandkids wouldn’t eat i don’t blame them cause I took a bite and it was nasty. I will never go there again. If I could put the zero i would. Very bad
