I raced in with my toddler to use the bathroom, who was about to have an accident in his pants, and there was a sign on the bathroom door “For paying customers only.” I asked the woman if he could please use the bathroom and she said kind of in a huff, “You’re gonna have to wait, it’s locked.” My toddler tried to get her attention as she continued filling up sodas, saying, “Hey! Hey!” as he did the potty dance. She came and unlocked it and I thanked her; she didn’t respond and went back behind the counter. My toddler and I thanked them profusely when we left and they just ignored us. I understand if it was me asking to use the bathroom, but please have a little more compassion and kindness for a 3 yr old who is about to have an accident. We won’t patronize this location after this experience. It left a bad taste in our mouths.

Note: This is a seasonal Dairy Queen only opened during the Summers and not the Winters. Because of this, burgers are not sold here.
Wow! Such great service. Weather is a little warm today so I got the Oreo&Brownie ice cream confectioner cup.
Lisa gave such awesome service!

We went to the Nisswa DQ at about 3pm on a Saturday late in April. Since we could not go inside, we placed our order at the walk up window. The young man that took our order seemed to be freaking out. Their garbage inside was literally overflowing, the machine they blend malts and blizzard was CRUSTED with who knows what. There seemed to be absolutely no one in charge and chaos and filth reigned supreme. Honestly thought about calling the health department, but didn’t. I have been through the drive through since then, but always during the week and early during the day. Very good experiences. Obviously, adults working or at least supervising and guiding younger employees.

It’s a Dairy Queen. Dairy Queen has been in business for a couple hundred years. There is a reason why. They are consistent. They appeal to the public. They are open when the public expects them to be open. We have never been disappointed in what we have ordered. Yes, sometimes I would like to go up a step in my ice cream treat, but sadly those places are closed. (6:30 pm) Dairy Queen is there for us. Hat’s off to Dairy Queen!

I got actually what I order plus more as it was made perfectly delicious and all I had was a small hot fudge sundae with strawberries and pineapple omg they loaded my cup with everything and when I received it I just smiled! Wish I would have taken a picture of it but just like a small child I dug right in sorry lol!

Did an order at the walkup window- a couple of things they were out of or were discontinued. The girl who brought the order out set the tray on our table and then stood waiting. We weren’t sure why, but eventually she explained she wanted the tray back. Why not just hold the tray out so we can take stuff off of it??

Food was good and speed was ok. I feel like DQ keeps downgrading the number of pretzels sticks you get though.

Dawn Maine’s offspring served me a great and moist blizzard, not a Hurricane (@ Irma), a blizzard. 10/10 would recommend if you are not in a hurricane.
