My favorite new restaurant I tried for lunch! Every morsel of fish was fresh and the bowl I had (spicy salmon) was delightfully colored with fresh veggies. Outside of the normal sandwich or burger it just feels healthy to eat. Service was friendly! We asked for a tour of our options and the service was excellent. We will be back!

The bathroom is extremely clean and even decorated nicely. My husband and I both got a build your own bowl and I was highly satisfied with my food and will go back. Eel sauce is amazing and the fact that you can add on as many toppings as desired (including edamame and crab salad) for no extra fee is also amazing. It is a bit pricey, but for good healthy food it is worth it.

**Just Poke at Kent Station – Mixed Feelings**
I visited Just Poke at Kent Station for the first time, and I must say, the ambience and environment are top-notch—definitely deserving of 5 stars. The atmosphere is inviting, and the menu offers a great selection of items, making it one of the best poke spots in the area.
However, my experience was somewhat marred by an interaction with one of the employees. I wanted to pay extra to add a small scoop of seaweed from the Hawaiian bowl to my rainbow roll bowl. Despite my willingness to pay extra—whether it was an additional $1 or even $5—the employee was defensive and wouldn’t budge. The menu clearly states that you can add toppings for an additional charge, so I found this rigid adherence to policy over customer satisfaction disappointing.
I believe that when a customer is willing to pay extra for something, the staff should be accommodating. This interaction made me question the work ethic here, and I hope that the management considers better training for their employees to foster a more customer-friendly approach. At the end of the day, it’s just poke, and the focus should be on ensuring the customer leaves satisfied. I really hope to see improvements in this area, as it would be a shame to reconsider coming back based on an otherwise great experience. I would like to add that had the experience been more accommodating, I would have gladly left a gratuity of over 20%. Customer satisfaction is key, and I hope this is taken into consideration for future interactions.

Buckle up, this is going to be a long review! Lol! First, I will say that I was SUPER excited to see a Poke place in Kent today when my boyfriend and I went to the AMC for Wakanda Forever!! I haven’t been able to get some decent Poke since before the pandemic, all my favorite spots in Seattle had to close. I want to apologize now for not getting a photo of my meal but I got tunnel vision and gobbled it up super quick, that should speak for how good it was. The service was great, everyone was helpful and the location is very clean and welcoming. I was very pleased that they let me split the base since I love doing half greens and half brown rice. Let me say this, a great bowl of poke is a dance of ever-changing textures, aromas, temperatures and flavors in varying combinations. Each bite is a different ratio of these fantastic elements in masterful juxtaposition. Fresh, bright, colorful, healthy, refreshing, filling, customizable. That being said, Just Poke knows this all to well!!! There are so many options for every layer without it being overwhelming or intimidating. There’s just enough that you won’t be concerned about the freshness and safety of the ingredients. I can’t wait to go back and try sweet potato with my favorite proteins and the musubi. Really wishing I lived in Kent right now! Thank you Just Poke, you made my weekend!!

I crave this place! I’ve eaten here using DoorDash and it was still so so good. I love to build my own bowl – choose my base then add all the toppings and sauces. I always pay extra for macaroni salad avocado. Yum! Oh… And don’t sleep on the Fruikaki Chex Mix. It’s a must have!!

It was only 11:30am and they were already out of salad mix?!? Very frustrating. A big part of why I enjoy poké is that it helps me eat more leafy greens. The employee was too nonchalant, she didn’t offer to look in the back for more. Disappointed!

You need to staff your restaurant if you have a special. I won’t keep coming in if I have to wait twenty minutes every time there is a special. There are better poke places that treat their staff better, I’d rather go there and know they aren’t being overworked so the owner can make a couple of dollars.

My wife got food poisoning here. They are very expensive, don’t take cash and wont give water cups. They force you to buy an overpriced water bottle. The staff, however is very nice and friendly.
