Hot dog went from $1.69 last week to now $2.04 today and this is what I’m giving! I literally couldn’t even see the hot dog. Price went up and food quality already taking a nose dive. Will never eat at checkers again.

Always have promotions posted on site and online for this location but the workers always say that the item/s are out or discontinued. What’s the point of putting a checkers out here that never has anything, or makes you wait 20 minutes for a chicken bites and fry box. Waiting for this to be replaced with actual decent restaurant or at least new management

I waited at the order screen for 10 minutes while the checkers employee was outside having a conversation instead of taking the order. I placed my order it’s completely wrong and the burger is raw pink inside unfortunately I didn’t have time to go back because I’m on my lunch and I don’t want anything from that place. However I do want to refund. This is my second time going to this location and each time it’s the same thing Waiting so long at the speaker to even order and then waiting to get a simple burger and fries. I needed food quickly and it didn’t matter what it was and this did the trick. Food wasn’t bad. Wait was a little long for my liking. But the service was nice manager was helping out and everyone was smiling and polite.

Update: They leave these Comments to “reach out so they can address the issue” and they don’t respond. I feel like it’s just a slight grab at trying to make it look like they care.
Went to grab something quick to eat , was told to pull up because I ordered mozzarella sticks and was told they would bring it out (which is common at this location) After about 23 minutes I walk up to the window to check on my food and my bags are just sitting there. So I get my food and drive home , take a few bites and feel a weird texture. Well my chicken sandwich is completely raw, my daughter tore hers down the middle and it’s undercooked (mushy but not as pink) so I drove back to get a refund. The man helping me asked “so you want a refund? And seemed like I was inconveniencing him and I was the problem. After inspecting my receipt and sandwiches his only response was “ I’m only refunding you for the sandwiches” which ok cool but no I’m sorry, would you like anything else or anything. Just unprofessional attitude. Hopefully I don’t get salmonella.

I was really excited about having a checkers open near my home. I have visited this place 10+ times since it opened. Every time I have had an issue. I kept going back because either I forgot how bad the food and service is, or I’m trying to give them another chance. Employee turn over rate is really high at this location, so, I would think the new crew would be trained better. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case. Let’s start with how the Manager(s) lied and said there 16 oz is the large shake size. Managers refuse to correct the issues brought to their attention. Burgers are always cold, greasy, tough/ chewy, and not fresh. The fries taste like old burnt oil. You can’t taste the potato just oil/grease in the fries. The fries are either undercooked or overcooked. Its a coin toss as to which one you’re going to get that day. They have only had banana shakes available twice that I have gone. The first time, the Manager told me their 16 oz cup was their large shake size. The second time the machine wasn’t working properly so the Manager poured banana flavor over ice cream and stirred it with a straw (was not stirred well, at all). It actually made me sick. Their promotions never work at the store or on their app. 11/19/2025, they had a same day (was only valid on 11/19/2025) promotion, buy one get one free on the medium size big bufford combo meal, because the Orlando Magic scored over 110 points. The promotion states to redeem it in the app, for in store only, so basically you have to order it for pick up. I could not get a code to give them at the store and I tried ordering in the app for pick up and I hit apply and it kept giving me an error message refusing to allow me to redeem the offer. When I spoke to the manager at the store he said he has no control over the app orders they can’t fix them and they can’t refund the cost of the meal. He suggested I speak to the general manager in the morning. I told him that I work the next day. (I leave my house at approximately 10:30 am and don’t get home until 10:30 pm). He said I cant help you. He gave me the general managers name and number. After speaking to the general manager it was the same crap the night manager said. I’m sick of wasting my money and time on bad food that makes me sick. Everyone would be better off just going to Mcdonalds/Arbys/Burger king/Taco Bell/or Wendys where they too make a lot of mistakes, but they actually fix them. Fast food is crappy no matter where you go, but all the restaurants listed above still taste better than this Checkers’ locations food. Which is sad because checkers used to have the best food at the best prices. Now, you’re just paying to make yourself sick. It doesnt matter what time of day you go. It also doesnt matter if you are the only customer or not the wait time is always longer than 15 minutes, and the food is always cold, old, and disgusting.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and it has gotten worse each visit….it takes 5-10mins for someone to even acknowledge that you are there then it takes another 20mins for my food to come out and it’s not even good…burgers are undercooked and fries and hard as a rock and taste like year old grease…I could understand the wait if it was crowded but I’m usually the only customer there…I come to this location because of it’s close proximity to my job but with the time I waste standing there I might as well drive down to 301 and grab something there…I’m a fan of checkers in general but this location is definitely steering me away from it.

Everytime I come here for the $4 unbeatable deal you out? How are you out, that means you have no burgers, french fries, pop or apple pie??? And have it advertised but don’t ever have it is crazy!!!! It’s always something with this checkers ALWAYS, and staff is unpleasant!! I keep trying and trying to give yall a chance to support but it’s always something!!! Out of something, food not fresh, order messed up… I give up! This location is so close to me too!!! I’m seeing the reviews and they are all low! Checkers is out for me!! I wish Good luck!

This place is disgusting. I’ve never been to a rallys/checkers that I didn’t like until I went to this place. Fries should be called fried grease sticks because all you could taste was the old fryer grease that obviously hasn’t been changed in probably two months. I don’t even know why the burger was disgusting, but it was. Service was fine, but food was repulsive. I ate just enough to settle my stomach and threw the rest in trash.
