Very good. Best fish and chips I’ve had since Scotland(fish that is). Lobster roll was delicious. Everything was freshly made and tasted like it. The service was prompt and our waiter made sure we had enough to eat and drink. Very good place.

Not worth it. Go elsewhere. The prices are high, the food quality is poor and service was ok.
I had a turkey burger. Waited over 20 minutes for the food. The plate was scorching hot, but the burger was only slightly warm. There was really no lettuce on it and the pickles had seen better days. The burger itself was burned in most places. The broccoli was cold and raw. They attempted to warm in water for all of 5 seconds.
Hubby had the buffalo chicken wrap. The chicken was fried and the contents of the wrap was a soupy mess. The coleslaw was ok.
Hubby’s refills were timely but the water refills were slow.
Best part of this place was the nice hostess and the when we were leaving they wanted us to talk to someone about the poor quality we experienced. He seemed genuinely concerned about our lack of satisfaction.

The drastic change to their focus hurts this place.
They used to be proud of their burgers and advertise new things all the time as far as burgers went.
Now the burgers are almost an after thought. They get a tiny little corner of the menu.
Also when I get a burger I want fries. They removed fries from the menu in favor of soggy potato wedges.
Overall a number of bad decisions mean I won’t be coming back.

Our server, Victoria, and the rest of the crew at the Providence, RI site were awesome. I have several food allergies and the entire team worked together to provide outstanding dishes to meet my dietary needs. The Manger even came out with the recipes for the meals I had selected to confirm everything. The cook came out personally to deliver my meal and told me they even prepared it on a separate grill for me so there was no cross-contamination. Their kitchen is a scratch kitchen which means everything is prepared fresh and made to order. I look forward to my next visit with my friends.

Walked into Joe’s American Bar & Grill, it looked like a good place to eat. However, after ordering our food as soon as possbile( wife’s pregnant), and waiting an hour. We still didn’t receive our food. Not even a refreshment on our drinks. I can honestly say I will never be going back there, and will not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered the herb chicken, it was served plain without any seasoning at all. The server never checked back until almost the end of our meal. When I asked her about it she said it was supposed to be served with a sauce, but that most people didn’t like it, so they just served me a plain grilled dry piece of chicken. $14.00 I wouldn’t recommend this place…..

I came here recently to pick up a salad for lunch takeout on my way home from some errands in Framingham. I ordered and picked up soon after, which was great, but the bread given to me was rock hard and the butter container was smeared all over the inside and looked as if someone else had already used it. To top it all off, they didn’t give me the dressing that went with my salad, and I didn’t notice any of this until I was already 20 minutes away. This place has been going steadily downhill for a while now and after this last impression I won’t be back.

Joe’s is up and down witht the food. It could be better for sure. Steve the manager that has been there for a long time is GREAT especially if you have an issue. The other managers just seem to let everyone stand around while you sit there and wait. The menu could use some updating, but the spinach dip is a keeper!
