Traveling into Denver late due to weather and flight delays. Kid wanted pizza so we ordered at 1130p. Driver shows up to hotel on time and delivers. Get upstairs to open my order and find a completely empty box and none of the drinks you requested. Off course its the one your kid wanted. Try calling store to get our missing pizza and get hung up on 5 times!! Now reading revies5of how this location constantly messes up has me pissed. Store does close until 2am yet can’t get anyone to answer the damage phone! Filing a dispute with my card company. This place doesn’t care about it’s customers or all the bad reviews it’s receiving.

Food was finally marked as delivered 25 minutes after the later end of the ETA but never actually arrived. When I called the store a customer service agent answered and when she added the store rep to the call and I got the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with at any store or restaurant. Absolutely do not order from here unless you want to get belittled on top of not receiving your food.

We ordered $43 worth of food to our hotel, and the order never came. I checked all neighboring hotels, and they didn’t have our order. This is despite the app saying it was dropped off. I’m a diabetic, and I needed this order to arrive. Don’t say you left it if you didn’t!! The order that was here didn’t have my name on it, and wasn’t what I ordered. Thanks for nothing.

I NEVER post reviews, and as much as a cliche it is to say this, if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza on 10/25, when it got here it was under cooked under the toppings, the crust tasted like cardboard, the veggies weren’t even chopped up, it was like they tore a bell pepper apart with their hands and threw it on, and to top it off there was almost no sauce. Every time I tried calling the store, no answer. I reached out to the customer service 3 times in the last 2 weeks and all they keep saying is that I will get a response from the store leader ship in 1-3 days…I‘ve been told that 3 times since and no has reached out to me. Oh but they did want to log that they reached out to me so that it looks like my fault! Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant OR fast food! You would have a better experience grabbing a pizza out of the trash than ordering from THIS specific pizza hut!

Ordered a pizza with 1213am as the pick up time. showed up at 1226am and the food wasnt even started. I was told itd take 10min. I hear the employees talking about how the pizza was only pepperoni. i said it was also extra cheese. the kid then walks over n sprinkles extra cheese on it because he didnt put it on there. the other employee then asks me what the wing sauce was i ordered because he didnt know? i then had to ask for the garlic sauce because they didnt give that to me either. food wasnt done until 1238am. i ordered at 1158pm. Someone please contact me. I want a refund. That was so ridiculous.

Customer service is a joke now days. This is the manager here. He messes with his face and headphones while making Pizza making sure to get his earwax all over your food. This place needs to be shut down by corporate and all new employees hired. Manager tried to fight me after one of his lazy employees started yelling at me because I had a very calm comment about how my food has been ready while they all joke around on their phones in the back. Will never be back to any pizza hut because of this location. Not how you represent a brand.

I spoke to the manager Justin and I have never experienced such disappointment and disrespect in the service industry. My family needed food tonight and I was told they cannot take my order even though they were open. What a disgrace of a worker and establishment. I tried to order a pick up order and was told I cannot. When I asked why, he responded “he was required to answer the phone” so if you have to answer the phone but you can’t do a simple job of making a pizza what are you good for. Absolute joke of an employee and restaurant. I hope Pizza Hut Corporate does something about this. I have already contacted them and hope there will be repercussions for someone so disrespectful to customers. Such a shame.
