Place has gone downhill significantly. Their once great steak bomb is now inedible. Just gross. It appears owners have cut corners in an effort to remain profitable.

I have been in Derry for 20+ years, this last year especially, the food as gone downhill. I ordered the chickenparm sub which used to be home made now is processed chicken patties and tasteless sauce…..I’ve been trying to give them more chances but I think it’s time to throw in the towel on this place

Came here for a quick bite while I had some time to kill highly recommended fast easy great service great prices great food the steak and cheese was the better sandwich cause the heavy mayo mixed so well with the cheese and bread but the meatballs were flavorful just wasn’t hot enough melt that cheese and mayo

American sub with everything on it was delicious. Extra hots on side were good. Sub was 15″ for the large, and a decent amount of meat.

Oct.24th I pull into the parking lot at 7:15pm, right on the door it states closing is at 8:00pm. As I shut my car off one of the workers looks up and races over to the door and locks it. How rude! You don’t even bother to acknowledge that a customer pulled in with 45mins till close and maybe say something? And mind you it was for one cold sub! Its really a shame how the workforce is these days. We ALL already get to close significantly earlier even though the pandemic is over so at least work until your hours of operation are over. I get 10,15 even 20 mins early but I was there almost an HOUR before close and got the door locked almost in my face. And I am pretty good at reading lips and that woman had some real nice remarks and laughed as she cleaned the table and watched as I sat there. What HORRIBLE customer service! See attached photo with the time displayed and the open sign turned off

The food is always amazing here. the steak bomb is always a great choice but the meatball sub is very good as well. And sweet & sour steak and cheese with mayo(ask for light sweet & sour so it doesnt get to sweet) Those are my favorites. Typical sub shop atmosphere and great staff working hard.

I feel that now that Carl has retired the attitude of the employee’s has changed for the worse. I walked in tonight, 3 men sitting at tables waiting for their food. I walked up to the counter and some girl said to me before I even ordered, we are very busy it’s going to be 45 minutes before we make your order. So I ordered anyway because I drove 30 minutes to get there. Anyway 5 minutes later they call me for my order. I really felt like they did not want any more business and they were hoping I was just going to leave being told it would take 45 minutes. I don’t feel the business is being run very well. Hopefully the owner will see this. Food was still good though!
