One of the best chipotle out there for mobile ordering. I tend to mobile order a lot and these guys never skimp. The food is always fresh and the staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re a frequent mobile orderer.

The food was not really the freshest. Yes we ate at 4pm, but still. The veggies and salad looked days old.

The flavor overall was okay of my chicken burrito and my wife’s steak bowl.

Chips and salsa were really under-salted and bland.

Disappointed in this location. Love chipotle overall… just won’t come back to this location.

My job ordered the build your own meal today which says it can feed 4-6 people. This is not true. They gave a good amount of chicken but the corn & tomatoes is only enough for 2 people. The cheese, guacamole, and lettuce is enough for 3 people. No one’s bowl was more than half full. For the amount of money you spend you’re better off getting individual bowls. We were all disappointed.

Today was not that . Maybe the time of day I am not sure . I was here at 6:30 I frequent here this location. I see some new faces . It was horrible . I always thought one scoop of protein is a serving . So as I wait the lady in ahead of me hot tacos. The server gave her so much meat she was told by another worker it was too much . Instead of removing with tongs she did with her hands yes she had on plastic gloves but its the way she did while laughing the entire time . When my turn came I told her I wanted a bowl half chicken and half steak I promise you it was so skimpy I said can you put a little more chicken please . I was charged extra for chicken than in too the toppings I ask what was spicy because I was ordering for my son . The young man didn’t know. I ask for guacamole I didn’t get it . The taste of the carne aside was very tuff and it was just off that day . I was in a rush alot of the items were almost gone I dont know but the bowl did not taste like usual . More than the taste i was offended and hurt . Besides how expensive the prices ate at Chipotle customer service Good Customer service is a must for any healthy business . Last but not least I am not Mexican there are alot of people out here that can speak and understand Spanish. When the young lady was told she put in to much meat in the lady’s tacos ahead of me . She was told in Spanish . I won’t repeat everything said but please do better . Very , extremely disappointed

They should be -0.7!!.

As a restaurant owner we had one of our chefs stop in there and we noticed that when they put cheese on someone’s food they grab it with their hands and they reach over the guacamole which is a vegetable!!! Now if the cheese mix it in with the guacamole and a person that is a vegetarian eats guacamole they’re going to get extremely sick.

Chipotle hasn’t learned their lesson yet on how to store the food???? Why would you have shredded cheese right next to the guacamole and be dipping in the guacamole with your gloved hands so shredded cheese can be all over the place potentially and in the guacamole definitely??

Do you have to be taught everything?????

The location is convenient for us, the food is always delicious, and we are served generally quickly. We’ve only had a problem with 1 employee, but we chose to believe she was having a bad day, and wanted to go home. Otherwise, every experience is great. If you have the app, you can place your order online, and use the drive-thru!

Let me start by saying that the staff on shift did an amazing job while being under staffed and over worked. My complaint and reason for giving a 2 is because I feel like the management team at this location is failing their employees and their customers. How do you only have 4 people working during a dinner rush. The poor team had to bounce around between running the register, making bowls, and trying to keep up with online orders all at the same time.

I believe that the management team here either needs to get there act together or be replaced with people that actually know how to run a restaurant and schedule the appropriate number of people.

It was the cleanest one I’ve seen, walked in not crowded at all. The staff greeted us. Got right to our orders and the honey chicken was a 5-minute wait. So staff told us we could wait and start over when the chicken was complete. Offered drinks for the inconvenience. But truth be told we were excited just to know the chicken would be fresh and hot. Thank you. Aspacia!!!! You were awesome !!! I will return.
