I ordered a sandwich through DoorDash and immediately noticed mold on the bun. This is unacceptable and shows the food was not fresh. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no response. If you order online, inspect your food before eating. After this experience, I felt sick.

Walked in right after they opened on Sunday. The gentlemen behind the counter greeted me. I mentioned that I previously had tried the medium heat and it was too hot. So I placed my order.
Mega Sando Combo with Mild heat. Also wanted to get the same sandwich just the sandwich to go for my father.
It was about 15 minutes and my food came out. Commented because it was all bagged up. I did want to dine in and get my father’s sandwich to go. Maybe that was confusing. He apologized at least and I told him no big deal.
Overall the food was hot and fresh. Fries needed a little more salt but everything was good. Also really enjoyed the coleslaw on the Sandwich.
When I was done I thanked him for everything and wished him a good day. He didn’t even look at me when I said that.
Not a big deal but just being friendly and a smile go along way.

Got the chicken wrap combo no heat (I’m weak and can’t handle heat) and it was amazing. Owner was extremely friendly and gave us a free drink for being first timers. The sauce that came with the fries is made in house and amazing ! Will be back !!

I ordered through doordash, and when I got my food, it was the smallest portion i’ve ever seen. I order from Hangry joes occasionally, but i guess it really matters which location you go to, because this was embarassing. I ordered a BOGO deal for loaded fries and it was like they took one order and put it in two containers. When i order from the location in Wheaton, the lady puts it in a nice big box that’s almost full, the location in rockville uses a smaller, but still medium sized plastic box. This one, came in small round bowl that’s NOT MARKED for serving loaded fries in, it’s a WING CONTAINER! I WANT MY FULL SIZED ORDER! Doordash already refused my refund and I’m pissed that the quality on this food varies soo wildly, becsause when you get what you order in the right portions, it’s actually pretty good. I just hate getting cheated out of what I paid for. Tell me you’d pay $16 for a wing container sized portion when you KNOW it’s supposed to be almost double the size.

I typically go to the Rockville location when I’m out there but I live closer to this location so I decided to give them a try. I used the Uber eats pickup option because it included buy 1 get 1free chicken sandwich. Everything I ordered was excellent from the sandwich to the chicken bites.
The sandwich was crispy, the Cole slaw makes it tasty and the sauce on the sandwich is fire!
The chicken bites are one of the BEST if not the best bites there is! After taking them home from, they were still super crispy and delicious!
When I came in to pick up my order it was ready for pick up right away and the cashier was friendly.

The guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful. Got a small chicken bites (hot) with some spicy soy garlic sauce. Absolutely delicious. The way they fry the chicken is so light, and the chicken itself is still pretty moist. Love the heat level and the flavors. I’ve heard a lot about this chain, and I’m glad to finally have one nearby. I’ll be back to try some more stuff from their menu!

I placed an order through uber eats. I normally go to the one in Rockville because they have quality food and service but this place SUCKS !! My food completely burnt and dry you couldn’t even eat the chicken it’s so dry. I tried to call and see if they can replace the food. the manger told me he couldn’t do anything about it and hung up on me. Please don’t waste your money here ! The best way to eat this food is to throw it in the trash.. worst experience I’ve ever had. Please do every one a favor and close the store.
