During my visit, I experience good customer service; an employee is helpful, kind, and shows good character (especially considering not so pleasant customer treatment from a bilious individual). The Vegetable Mei Fun Chow Mai Fun is quite tasty. Though I end up buying the meal for dinner before an event that has no high protein Vegan options, I think of eating the broccoli from a restaurant of the sort a few days prior to actually making the purchase. The meal is filling and light. The vegetables and noodles carry a consistent tasty subtle flavor across the different textures (soft, non-crispy, sautée). The establishment accepts different forms of payment. The establishment has space for about four people to sit and eat.

I usually get a delivery order every week. It is hard to park over there and I love the delivery option. But some folks will leave food on my front steps and walk away which is rude considering I’ve tipped them in advance. But the food is consistent and they make the best pork.

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. The woman who manages the counter has an alarming lack of respect for her customers, often responding with rudeness that leaves a sour taste long before you even take a bite of food. Not only that but every time I’ve placed an order, they’ve managed to get it wrong upon my arrival. To make matters worse, the food has a distinctly stale quality as if it has been sitting around far too long before making its way to your plate. Overall, the experience is more disappointing than satisfying.

Ordered online. Order never received. Called the store and delivery driver and got the full run-around after waiting an hour. The online servicer contacted me about delivery as the delivery driver supposedly left the food outside even though I left clear delivery instructions as I live in an apartment building with no lobby. The online servicer offered a refund for the order.

I ordered food tonight , shrimp with broccoli and white rice with the brown sauce on the rice and other things , but the shrimp and broccoli had a like garbage / feet smell to it . I called to complain (I had it delivered) , and to get a replacement I wanted something different and they basically said no one else is complaining so you’re wrong and if you want to get a replacement I have to come to the store and get it because we’re not sending the driver back to your house . Never again !!!

Unfortunately I just didn’t like the way the food tasted and won’t be ordering from here again. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and my friend had General Tso’s. IDK what it was but the chicken just had an off taste. I also ordered spring rolls and they did not taste good either. Maybe it was an off night? IDK but it was enough for me to not want to eat from there again. The workers were very nice however. Over the phone though and the delivery guy – both very nice.
