I see the new Manager is lazy. Doesn’t seem motivated, tells fibs,and has lost a decent order today, because she didn’t want to work too hard. If i was manager,I would have taken my order. She didn’t even ask what size. If you can’t make 15 minis, in 8 and a half hours you have a problem. Watch me come in and make you make them on the spot at 4:30. Lol. Not really, a business who wants my money will get my money!

I have been coming to this subway for the past year, and every time i run into the specific employee “Josh” he always make’s you feel like you shouldn’t have even have came in. I have never ran into someone who seemingly WANTS you to leave and not even order your food. Every other employee has been amazing except this specific one.

Food was great, workers seemed stressed and like they didnt want to be ther. Literally the gal told me she was annoyed with all the online orders and “all this”. They put the wrong cheese on my sandwich. They put pepper jack instead of provolone. It made my sandwich super hot with the pepperoni on it as well. I ate 2 bites and threw it away.

It’s a little ridiculous when you go in there at 9 and they don’t close till 10 but they already have started getting all the food put away and you go to get your drink and they already have the drink things cleaned out so could even get my iced tea like I normally do it was only 9:00 and I was not a very happy camper. They had to get everything back out for me and my daughter to get her sandwiches made and wasn’t friendly at all I find it ridiculous you close it then you clean up at 10

They had 3 workers and only one was making sandwiches for the line of 5 customers. The other two workers appeared to have a friend with them and they were to busy on their phones to help. When 3 more customers came in the younger gals finally got up but started putting chips out instead of helping to make sandwiches. The sign says to not say anything so I didn’t. Felt bad for the gal working the line.

Just went and got food from the subway here in montezuma, went to eat my blt and the bacon didn’t look like it was cooked. The lady working had informed me that the bacon is “already cooked from the place the meet comes from”, then proceeded to tell me that she cooked mine and my husband’s sandwich at the same time. Brought the sandwich back to show how the bacon didn’t look like it even was cooked. Oh and the open sign was off and had to inform the co-works to turn it on. That’s part of your job to turn on the open sign when you come to work.

They always do a good job of making it exactly what you want. My only complaint is by 6(sometimes earlier) in the evening they are shutting down tea machines! They are literally open several more hours but the evening workers start cleaning everything up. They need a set time when they are allowed to start shutting things down.

He was working by himself. He did a great job keeping up with customers that were in store , and the phone orders he was getting too. Kudos to him. We were impressed. Will go back if we get that kind of service in Montezuma. Great job !

We stopped in to grab a sandwich during RAGBRAI. It was after the majority of bikers had passed through. The poor kids working that night looked exhausted! They were still very pleasant. Food was obviously fresh. Our visit was as expected.
