I came to this location to try a flatizza for the first time. I let the person taking my order know this. No one offered me vegetables, so when I saw them put my flatizza in the oven, I inquired about veggies. I was then told that I could have veggies for 60¢ more. I said I wanted veggies. When my flatizzas were finished toasting, the girl took them out and asked what veg I wanted. I told her onions and green peppers. She put cold, raw onions and green peppers on my order and began to box them up. I asked if more cheese could be put on them and they be retoasted, and reiterated that I would’ve preferred my veggies to go on before the cheese and toasting, had I been given the option. At the cash register, I found out that the veggies were 60¢ for each veg and they charged me extra for cheese. When I tried to explain their mistake, she argued with me, in a condescending voice. I just paid and left, but I’ll never order from this Subway ever again.

The employees at this location don’t know the sandwiches on the menu, just about every time that I’ve been to this location, the store has run out of something whether it be a veggie or a protein. Tonight the store was out of onions and an all cheeses except pepperjack and american. The service is always poor regardless of the time of day or how busy they are, and the employees at the location show little remorse for inconveniencing their regular customers.
