Small and cozy place. The ceviche de tilapia is very good, and the yuca/papas a la huancaína appetizer is a must for sure! The chicha morada is AMAIZING. The arroz chauffa did not disappoint at all, and their ají sauce adds the perfect touch to their plates.
The service from the two ladies was friendly and attentive. ✅
On the downside, the lomo saltado was not as good, and they don’t have a parking lot, so parking can be really challenging in that area. Still… Is a nice spot to sit and enjoy freshly made food. I would definitely come back again!

Absolute gem of a place to get Hispanic food. I’ve been coming here for so many years and their food hits the spot EVERY time! I’ve only ever tried their chaufa and chicken and it’s absolutely amazing. Their hot green sauce is hot so beware! Absolutely love this place and their drinks are a bit sweet but just a bit of water fixes the problem. The place is always packed, there was a time I went and the line was out till the door so definitely a popular spot amongst the people in the area. You will not be disappointed!

The chicken fried rice was pretty good. I would order it again. The only thing I didnt like was that the large was $19 I feel like the quantity should of been alittle bit more. Overall rice was good!

Jaimito’s is an absolute gem! The arroz chaufa is incredibly addictive—simple at first glance, but the flavor is unlike anything else. Truly one of the best I’ve ever had. The tallarines were just as impressive, packed with amazing taste and cooked perfectly.
We ordered two large trays, and every bite was worth it. I 100% recommend Jaimito’s for anyone craving delicious, authentic food. You won’t be disappointed!

I can’t believe I never knew this place existed!!! I grew up in the area eating homemade Peruvian food but never went to a chifa place. Huge portions. Their chaufa is immaculate, the pollo is tender, flavorful and not dry at all. Aji verde was good. The lomo is a little different than what I’m used to, but it was good. My friend loves it. Salsa criolla didn’t have vinegar or was super light on the vinegar which was different for me but still good. Alfajores are on point.
Staff was very friendly. My friend told me that the owners are a Peruvian Chinese couple and that their son helps run the place too. Not a lot of seating so if you have a lot of people you wanna do take out.
Next time I’m trying the wantan frito and seco de res (was sold out when I went). Support a local family business and check them out 🙂

Parking was frustrating but the food was comforting Try chicken ginger soup ( different but the broth definitely balanced fried rice)

Try their signature ceviche, papa a la huancahina, chaufa.
Parking can be tricky so have patience.
Service is fast and very attentive.

I have been eating her since a co worker recommended this place. Their chaufa is amazing and their rotisserie chicken is juicy, finger licking good. I recommend adding one of the Peruvian sodas to make it a great meal!!!
