Great Thai food, all cooked really well. I had the shrimp fried rice and pineapple chicken—both were tasty and clearly made with care. The only thing I’d tweak is the flavor—it could use just a bit more punch to bring out those bold Thai notes. It felt like something was missing to really make it pop. That said, it’s still up there with the best Thai in Springfield, and I’d absolutely come back.

I have enjoyed everything I have gotten from here. I love the crab ragoons. My boyfriend says the pad Thai is amazing. The pineapple chicken is great. The orange chicken with added chili flakes is so bomb. Her breaded chicken is CRISPY. Definitely recommend. I will be going back to try more food items.

We really enjoyed everything about Thai Me Up! The food is delicious and fresh. Huge potion sizes and reasonable prices. Dishes that include healthy options with lots of veggies. The crispy spring rolls are the best we have EVER had! The owner and staff are kind and accommodating, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into the food. I would definitely recommend giving this food truck a try!
