The spicy chicken is great but the last two times I ordered have been bad. I ordered online for one of my orders and showed up 25 minutes after I made the order and my order wasn’t ready but the 4 walk in orders that were made while I waited were fulfilled within 10 minutes. And the order I made today the cashier put my order in wrong I didn’t get my spicy tenders until I brought them back in and he took them to the back and just poured the seasoning over it (which isn’t technically allowed since it already left the building but I still took them) and I ordered 2 hangover sliders and received steak and cheese sliders and when I tried to get them corrected the cashier said he didn’t know that what I wanted even though he verified the order. I’ve spent $50 – $60 each time just to have my orders messed up.

I had an excellent experience at Savvy Sliders, and I want to recognize Mohamed and Harrison for their great service. From the moment I walked in, both of them were welcoming and attentive. Mohamed took my order with patience, answered my questions, and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. He carried himself with real professionalism and made the ordering process easy.
Harrison was equally impressive. He prepared my food quickly, double-checked the order without me even asking, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly takes pride in doing his job well.
It’s rare to see employees who balance speed, accuracy, and good customer service at the same time, but Mohamed and Harrison did all three. They made the visit smooth, pleasant, and genuinely enjoyable. Their manager should be very proud to have two workers who represent the restaurant this well. I will definitely be returning because of the great experience they provided.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Harrison Taylor, a student at East Lansing High School and one of the hardest-working employees I’ve ever seen at Savvy Sliders. Every time I walk in, Harrison is giving 100% whether he’s taking orders, preparing food, or helping his teammates, he always stays focused, respectful, and incredibly kind. His work ethic is obvious the moment you see him in action. Harrison carries himself with a maturity far beyond his age. He handles busy rushes with calm and confidence, keeps a positive attitude even during stressful moments, and treats every customer with genuine friendliness. It’s clear that he takes pride in doing things the right way, and it shows in the quality of service he provides. You can always count on him to go above and beyond to make sure guests leave satisfied. What stands out most is how consistently reliable and dedicated he is. They are usually impatient sounding as you order, yet you will wait a good 15 minutes for your food even if you ate the only person there. While you wait you can watch half the staff meander around and chat about things you probably shouldn’t with someone waiting at the window.

One of the best fast-food places I’ve been to in a minute . The food was fresh, and came out quickly, but what really made the visit exceptional was service by Harrison.
From the moment I walked in, Harrison greeted me with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude. He was incredibly patient while I looked through the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and explained the different slider combos in detail so I could pick exactly what I wanted. You could tell he actually cared about making sure customers left happy—not just rushing through the motions overall 10/10 will definitely comeback.

First time here and, for the first time, trying at a savy slider place, a tasty hand size burger, and a chicken sandwich. Got the 12 pack 6 chicken 6 Angus beef slider. Clean place friendly worker. It’s a little pricey, in my opinion, for sliders

I have ordered from this place a box one and big signature sliders and they were tasty, the original slider, the angus, the big signature and the cajun fries were so good. The BBQ sauce was good with the fries. I ordered also a steakhouse ribeye slider and that was not as tasty as expected, could be done way better. Overall the place offers tasty sliders to order from so 5 stars.
