Haven’t a bad experience at this one. My order has always been correct and the staff is very nice. WKU keeps it beyond cleaner than a normal Chick-fil-A. The dedication to service for the students is outstanding. Even when it’s lunch rush, they make sure to get you through the line quickly while maintaining the quality of their service.

Not the normal Chick-fil-A experience at all. Greeting wasn’t rude, just not what we’ve come to appreciate which is why we go. Food was just edible. Fries were soggy, fry containers were maybe half full. I was impressed when I went back up and one girl remembered my order and that she forgot my fries and why she did.

I usually love going to chick fil la on campus, it’s one of my favorite restaurants no matter how long the line is. But today the workers attitudes were something else. I ordered nuggets from the value menu and when they called my name I looked in the bag and noticed it wasn’t my order. When I told the lady it wasn’t mine she told she would “have to get rid of it” because my “hands touched all over the food”. I waited for them to give me the order I originally got when I noticed they were giving people that were 13 spots behind me. When the lady that was in front of me got her correct order I told the worker that I still didn’t get my food. When I told her my name she continued to complain about how “she already said my name”. I know it’s hard working with food because of customers attitudes but it’s a completely different story when I’m trying to be patient with you after you confused my order and then proceed in not giving me my order and getting an attitude.

Chick-fil-A knows what they are doing all the time. Probably the best source of food on campus, they are constantly busy. Probably not a good idea to go around 10:30 to 2. The long line can deter people from choosing this location. But don’t worry, it goes by quick. They rarely make mistakes and if they do they fix it quickly.

Last week I came by the DSU and ordered a cool ranch wrap? I’ve never had one and started eating it while driving… Kinda dry. Needless to say, the packet of dressing in the bottom of the bag made the second half much tastier than the first.
