Staff is very friendly, but my god if I get burnt food for one more I’m throwing it back through the window, it’s really not that hard to see you burnt the sandwhich and redo it. Maybe if they this puck back in the face they’ll stop giving it out.

My Family and I love this place. The staff is very friendly and I love the smiles on their faces. 95% of the time they have my favorite donuts Buston cream, but that is only because I go a couple of minutes before close time.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich, and when I took a bite into my sandwich it was super super sweet usually it’s never sweet. Turns out it was the bacon that was sweet which I never asked for sweet or maple bacon. Also the bread was super hard.

I can’t believe they served me this nasty inedible doughnut! I have given this place so many chances. The doughnut looks like it’s been chewed on by a rat or something.I was basically stolen from because I can’t eat it and I have to throw it out. I do not trust them to give me a better one!

Went through the drive through Sunday morning. Ordered two sandwiches and two orders of hash browns, the hash browns were extremely soggy and we asked if we can have them replaced. We swear we were giving back the same ones we said that were bad, because one had five instead of 6 where my boyfriend had tried one. What back in again to give them another chance to fix it, the next batch if they were even new, we’re extremely hot and mushy like they had come out of a microwave instead of a deep fryer. The Donuts were dry like they were probably old. We had gone inside to make sure they could get the order fixed, and it was really dirty inside. Instead of fixing the order the guy at the counter just said, ” it is what it is” and make no effort to fix the food that was not edible. Nor did they let us get a refund.

Pendleton Pike Location was dirty, sandwich tasted stale, hashbrowns were extra grease, soggy and way too hot like they were microwaved.
Donuts were also stale, latte tasted watered down.
Staff didn’t care to fix the problem or offer refunds.

The people here are some of the nicest employees and this is one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately I keep getting day old Donuts and every time I order an ice drink it is filled to the top of the glass. I started ordering less ice and it is still 1 inch above the large drink fill line after I finished it, so I know the ice has melted some. I stopped going to Starbucks because of this, but this location is ripping me off. Subway and Starbucks both had a class action lawsuit because of not making their product as advertised, be careful Dunkin…
