Delicious tacos. I had the carnitas (pictured) & pastor. Although the truck was busy, the wait wasn’t too long. Reasonable prices & they update their location via social media. I’d definitely recommend giving Chatitas a try.

Tried Chatitas at the Michigan Taco Fest and wow, was it good. I tried their specialty taco for the weekend, and if their regular menu is as good as the cochinita, you’re in for a treat. Also recommend getting a side of esquite!

My fiancée and I stopped here on a whim and we are so glad we did! Easily the best tacos in the Utica/Shelby area and the authenticity shows. The tacos themselves don’t have much heat to them but the salsa that comes with it provides just a small kick. And at $2.50 for one normal taco (and $3 for a specialty taco) we are not mad about it! They also have tamales but those sell quick so we didn’t get any this time – but I bet they’re amazing. This truck is becoming a regular staple in our Mexican food spots. Photo for tax on how good it was, and for reference we got a carnitas and a pastor taco.
