Just had supper, I had a bacon cheese burger was absolutely great. Wife had a chicken casedea. She said it was great. Small town feel, loved it. Possibly best burger I’ve had. Price was good. (Canadians on a 6 night road trip, was the first honestly reasonable priced food) 2 meals a pop and a beer was $35 no complaints. Would recommend

Next time I go I am having halibut sandwich
I had the Halibit sandwich the other day it was delicious
I had drummies as an appartizer you can get them as a dinner also so delicious, coffee is good

The Mint Bar is always fantastic. It has a great staff, food that is always good and their daily specials help mix things up. I love the drink special board and the welcoming atmosphere. It is a true treat to have The Mint Bar in Big Sandy.

Awful service!! We were passing through stopped in to check it out. With one table of 2, 2 people at the bar and me and my boyfriend. After 30 minutes without even a greeting from staff, we left. Patrons were friendly at least! Don’t waste your time!

Great local watering hole. Didn’t see Pearl Jam’s Jeff Ament or Senator Jon Tester who are both from Big Sandy in the Mint but would not put it past both of them visiting. Very cool bar that the bar tender said was brought in from St. Louis in the late 1800’s. When traveling between Havre and Great Falls, the Mint is worth a pit stop.
