I ordered the Dinner combination plate with the Beef & Broccoli. The beef was almost like chewing gum. It was the worst beef I ever had from a Chinese restaurant. The Almond Chicken was tasty but it was not hot and crispy. It was cooked in advance and became soggy. I also ordered the shrimp and vegetables but the sauce was very watery.

The inside was clean, kitchen appear to be clean & orderly. The food was fresh, lettuce was fresh and crisp. The gravy was good & right thickness. The portion was large enough for 2 people ( dinner portion). I will be back for sure, I passed at least 3 other Chinese restaurants it was worth the drive. And, affordable the meal was close to $10.00. Enjoy….

Decent food TERRIBLE DELIVERY !! We ordered for valentine’s dinner at 545 and was told it would arrive in 45min. We didn’t get the food until 8:00pm. I tried to get a refund because the food was cold and so soggy it was falling apart. The manager was impossible and rude and hung up on me twice. After telling me she somehow knows the food can’t have been cold. First she said that she can’t give a refund because she had to pay her driver them the only way I could get a full refund was to bring the food up to the restaurant. She didn’t care that I’m blind and can’t drive to bring her the food. This is not the first second or even third time food was over an hour late and I’m done with second chances.
I finally got my refund minus an hours pay for the driver. I was told how she has to buy everything and this isn’t fair to her and then was promptly banned from ever eating there again….no problem! Now let’s see if the money actually goes back on my card.

I ordered delivery from here once, and that will be the last time. I ordered chicken lo mein and chicken fried rice. The “fried rice” is not your traditional fried rice, and the chicken lo mein noodles were so mushy and gummy it was gross. The delivery service was nice and faster than most places. However, I will not be eating here again.

We ordered from this restaurant through GrubHub and the food was not good at all. We spent close to $50 is shrimp was almost spoiled the food was very greasy the chicken you couldn’t bite through. We called GrubHub to complain they called the restaurant and they said they would not refund our money. I called the restaurant and complained and he wanted the food back but they were going to be closed on Monday. So today Tuesday I took the food back and they gave us back part of our money tweet because we ate some of it. Upon walking into the restaurant the windows we’re filthy there was a lot of dust on the ceiling fan, where you get a beverage out of the cooler was filthy and I even said something to them about it. Personally I would not order from them again.

Really good Chinese restaurant for delivery. I have yet to dine in (reason why I didn’t rate 5 stars). Fresh/hot food, good amount for your buck, and friendly service. My friend had to order delivery just an hour after I did to the same address because the food tasted fresh and hot. Thank you for the delivery service!! Much appreciated for us hate-to-dine-in folks 🙂

I ordered food for me and my family at 6:15 it’s now 8:02. We called to ask them and no one answered. We called again and got a RUDE answer and she said it would take 75 minutes and she was on her way and five minutes away. If I could rate zero stars I most definitely would.

We ordered the crispy shrimp in coconut sauce, was amazing! And pad thai, also excellent. Only thing I would’ve preferred is for the chicken in the pad thai to have been cut smaller into bite sized pieces but other than that the food was very very good.

I ordered the chefs special seafood combo , it was 90% under-cooked broccoli , a few fake crab sticks, one little piece of white hard meat I think was suppose to be lobster . and no flavor other than grease !!!!!! then I ordered two egg rolls and two fortune cookies . after paying $ 21.65 for this horrible dinner went home to eat it and found the guy who can’t speak English on the phone sold me two bags of fortune cookie, know I have 20 fortune cookies , instead of two like ordered . this was the second chance for this place ,first was almost as bad , DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER YOUR CHINESE FOOD FROM KWONG TONG IN SHELBY ALWAYS EXCELLENT FOOD .
