All new everything so it is more comfortable than previous location.
Staffs are as good as they can be for fast food chicken. No complaints so far.
Ordered 2 sandwiches that I triple checked did not come with mayonnaise via the KFC official website – therefore there was no need to customize. They put mayo on them. Luckily it wasn’t too much and we easily removed it.
Food was quite good but service and quality control is lacking.
….15-20 minutes so far. The 5 cars behind me in the drive thru have come and gone.
Finally got my food, but no apology for the wait or anything.
Wait times are not long.
Some very nice employees and some who phone it in.
Biggest issue with KFC is them making unauthorized substitutions. If you don’t have chicken cooked, I’m willing to wait.
I think I speak for a lot of customers in that regard- we’re just not given the choice.
I would also like a paper receipt for my online order for my records.
Some of the above could be due to website or corporate issues, so I still give the Vicksburg folks some stars.
