Please post signs for 30 min drink pick up parking. Your one way driveway around the building creates a situation where nobody parks in the parking lot that takes the extra 150-200 feet of walking (across the drive thru lane) because they’re expecting to find a spot close to the entrance. And all of the employees take the best spaces close to the entrance. The result is -no available parking unless you drive around the building again and walk further. No well run company [with competition] would allow this.
That said, this is my Starbucks. The employees are fantastic, they need better management in this regard

Loved meeting a friend at this Starbucks location where they made my Almond Milk Mocha in a Starbucks Mug to enjoy in the store! The barista was very nice and made my coffee with styles!

Disappointed we stood at the counter a good 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Of the 5 employees we could see, one finally moved towards a different register and stood there which we took as an indication we should move to that register if we wanted service. One other couple was sitting at a table with their coffee and the drive through had at least one car that we could see – but they were not busy at all. Certainly not too busy to acknowledge we were there with a quick hello or letting us know they would be right with us. The checkout process was long and slow so perhaps the young man helping us was new, but again, no excuse for the disinterest from everyone else working. The order was ready without delay and the coffee was hot and tasted good. But horrible service. Service so bad it overshadowed the entire visit.

My fiance and I will never come back to this one we waited a while till someone greeted us and took our order there were only 2 people inside they had their stuff already drive thru WAS NOT BUSY. We placed our order and waited a looong while. I kept hearing her call names but not our name I saw 2 cups on the counter THEY NEVER ONCE SAID OR CALLED OUR NAME. our order said it was 11:55 am and we got our drinks and left at 12:15pm what the hell???? Nope never going to this location again

I stopped in on my way home off of I 95. I had a Blond Doppio in a for here cup, an Impossible Burger Breakfast sandwich and a pack of Madelines. The food and service was great. The staff was friendly.

Very bad store. Over charge on any difference in an order. Manager NANY does not care about customers. Ethan on the other hand was doing his best to make up for it, playing clean up crew.
Starbucks needs to remember not to get too big for their britches! That’s how businesses DIE. Let customers have a say. We are the reason the open the doors every day!

As a Starbucks barista traveling I’m in so much disbelief at the lack of training and horrible service at this store. We were asked to wait at the speaker box, we waited 9 minutes and then were asked “has somebody helped you yet?” Said no we got our order taken and I order 2 grande hot white mochas and I was asking for half pumps and it wasn’t showing up as 2 pumps so I asked her to change it and was told “it only comes with 2” it’s supposed to come with 4 and nobody on headset made any effort to correct her because whenever we got to window the drink was of course made wrong because it doesn’t come with only 2, but before we got our drink we were handed someones mobile order which wasn’t even the same size as what we ordered. No cups written on either. I get it if it was close to closing you’re just tryna get out but 4 hours before and you’re this disoriented is wilddd

Horrible customer service by ine of the girls that work here. I came in two days in a row and both days the customer service was horrible. First day she looked at me with this look of anger and as if I’m bothering her. They were really busy so I just kinda of accepted it as that and tried not to make a big deal about it. But then i came in the second day and they were not busy at all and the same girl, same attitude. I even tried to be nice and said thank you twice (once after i ordered and another after she gave me my drink) but no response. This is just unacceptable. I know she is very young but i was never that rude at her age and i worked customer service jobs for half my life.

After reading some of the other issues that customers have had over the last few weeks, I’m seeing that the owner is posting the same non-answer to all of them. Rather than flat out offering to make things right, the owner says if I need further assistance, please contact whatever.
Really? If that’s your approach (read that: attitude!) as the Owner, then it’s no wonder your barista, your employee, thought she could just pass me a scalding hot cup of coffee with a faulty lid on it ( was she waiting to see what would happen?! Or did she just not care?)
And it’s no wonder regular Starbucks customers are finding this particular operation to be way below standards at best, and downright offensive at worst.
Dear Owner, you are getting honest reviews and they reflect upon you. You need to do something a little more proactive to address them. Otherwise, as things get more expensive than they already are, you’ll see your competition prospering in several ways all around you.

Perfect visit…except for…
1. Bye bye toffe nut syrup. Nothing else is really the same.
And 2. When I went for my refill, the lady gave me a nice, super hot freshly brewed cup of coffee…but the lid was clearly split. I think she should have known to do better. Luckily, I had planned on pouring it into my old cup anyway, but still…

I dont know why this one has low ratings. Everything Ive been here they are friendly and make the drinks great. If you head to the other one, my son and husband have had bathroom reactions. Do yourself a favor and go here.
