Place an online order did curbside pick up arrive to work with my sandwich. It’s not made correctly I’m pregnant and I can’t have untoasted lunchmeat. The sandwich wasn’t toasted as requested. It was missing cheese. It had no salt and no pepper and oil no vinegar it was just cold, lunch meat with mayo And a pretty soggy bun the store, and the gentleman proceeded to argue with me that he toasted the sandwich that there’s cheese on there I’m telling him I’m looking at the sandwich. There is none of that stuff on here. He tells me to bring it back. I’m at work and then he got silent and he said nothing else so I only option was to throw away the food that I paid for which I had to because again I’m pregnant and can’t have Cold lunch meat or to be late for work and return the sandwich so I threw the food away. Upset that was the option he gave me. Won’t return

Worst subway in area. Worker / owner extremely rude, as if you’re bothering him. On personal call on cell and barely acknowledged i was there. Asked for carry out bag because I had several items… chips, etc. Said “no bags” and tossed sandwiches at me…Got online order all wrong. Prepared worst sub ever. Store will not answer phone.

Do yourself a favor and go to the subway in Bay or North Olmsted, this store out about half the meat on my sandwich and tried to fill the holes with lettuce. Additionally used the wrong dressing after I corrected him several times.

BEWARE OF THIS SUBWAY. Not sure what happened to this subway. I used to go here frequently and tipped sometimes. I worked at a Subway in my past. This is not the type of establishment where tipping is the norm. Several months ago I placed an order for my co-workers and upon check-out, the Subway employee pushed his tip jar towards me. No pleasantries throughout the ordering process, no eye contact, just tip me. I did not tip and I decided never to go back to this Subway again. I should have stuck to it. I visited the other day and placed an order for my co-workers. The owner was the only person working. There is now a giant silver lid over the meat and cheese so you cannot see how the employees are making your food. One of my co-workers ordered double meat and double bacon. We always order double meat/double bacon so we know how much you are supposed to receive on the sandwich. This owner deliberately ripped us off by charging for it and not providing it. I was even asked if I wanted double meat on the other sandwiched ordered. They are very light on the vegetables too and they didn’t used to be. I would suggest this owner go back to being nice, provide the products and service people expect in a customer service industry, and get rid of the silver lid where you are hiding your product. I noticed you have a sign that states you don’t accept coupons either. Is that an option when buying into the Subway franchise? Seems unethical.

As you can see by all the other reviews, the workers are extremely rude and give you barely any topics especially for your choice of protein. For veggies, the guy goes to grab lettuce without even asking me. “No, I would like spinach not lettuce” I got a nasty look at that… I went a few times but it isn’t worth it. You even have to wait several minutes yet there are zero customers. One time the guy talked on the phone the entire time. Didn’t say hello, tell me the price or offer a receipt. If you are in the area, I HIGHLY recommend the bay village subway. The people are always so nice and they load up the sandwiches. Even if there is a line, it’s faster than westlake

god do i have a bone to pick with the owner. when i went onto the subway website to see how much a foot long italian ham and bacon sandwich would be it said $9.39. Tell me why I got charged $10.99?? Can we make it make sense. Owner skimps on all the toppings and always has an attitude. Will have to say I am deeply disappointed

This is a horrible place that is ran by a horrible little man. He hates mobile ordersntheough the app, especially BOGO. I placed an app order and walked in as he finished up the only customer in the store. I told him that I had an mobile order. He started raising his voice telling me “20 MINUTES!!! 20 MINUTES!!! You can cancel if you don’t like! I asked him to stop yelling at me and asked why 20 minutes, did he have a bunch of mobile orders in front of me? The store was empty. He again raised his voice and said ” NO! YOU ORDER THEOUGH APP AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT! YOU GET BOGO AND I DONT LIKE IT!” He then went on to tell me that he could cancel my mobile order and then order the 2 subs and pay full price and he would make them right then. I have no idea what was going on so I agreed to let him cancel the order but then went down the road to the other location, placed a mobile order with BOGO and had a couple of great sandwiches.

Stay away from theis volatile and angry little man.

They are very rude, I placed an order on line and came in to restaurant. I believe it was the owner an Indian man and he told me I have to wait 15 minutes to my food and went to the back. So after he was just taking in back I said can you just cancel my order he said yes. And motioned with his hands for me to leave. I told him I would leave after my order is canceled. Why so much hate, I was giving you business. I guess he hate black people because I did nothing to him and I never been in there before. Don’t eat here please! I’m happy he showed his true colors effort he made my food.

I don’t usually waste my time leaving reviews but I had thee worst customer service today. I just had to. The guy was super skimpy with the condiments but I didn’t give him a hard time because he seemed like he was having a bad day or something. He was being so incredibly rude and I was with my 3 year old son. He was so annoyed with me and I was doing was asking for a fountain drink. My son and I went to go sit down and he goes “dine in is closed” very rudely. He literally kicked us out. It was 2 o’clock. Not even like it was closing time and I’m not really sure why the dine in would be closed . There were several empty tables that people could sit. He just didn’t want us in there.
