I ordered a gelato birthday cake online for my husband’s birthday, and when I arrived at the shop to pick it up, I was told the order had been missed. Fortunately, the owner, Dean, was there. He immediately took responsibility for the oversight and promised to have the baker make the cake right away. Less than an hour later, he personally delivered the finished cake to my home. He even offered extra gelato for me to try as a gesture of goodwill.
The customer service was truly superb. Dean went above and beyond to find a solution and make sure I left happy, even though the mistake was on their end. I was relieved he happened to be in the shop when I arrived, because it allowed me to head home and simply wait for the delivery instead of returning later.
As for the gelato—absolutely delicious. It was incredibly smooth and creamy, and not overly sweet like many other places. The cake I ordered was a combination of pistachio and stracciatella, and the flavors complemented each other beautifully. It was unique, refreshing, and a hit at the celebration.
Despite the initial hiccup, the experience turned into a very positive one thanks to exceptional service and fantastic gelato. My husband was very pleased and happy with the cake and the overall experience, and he said that we will go to that shop from now on to order any ice cream, desserts, birthday cakes, and so on.

One of the best coffee and gelato shop in castle rock. The staff is wonderful here and takes care of your order very well.

Delicious gelatos and sorbet. They also have other dessert options, including ice cream cake. Staff also very nice, you can try as much flavor as you like before purchase.

Want the creamiest gelato in Castle Rock? Then stop by here and drool over the pastry case on your way to get gelato. It’s a little pricy for gelato, but the quality is much higher than other local creameries. Clean and bright interiors on the inside with some seating. Small outdoor patio, but there is no shade from the sun.

Very clean and comfortable. Had super comfy chairs and tables and they were spread out well to move around. You can sample flavors and they were fresh. The pistachio gelato is really good. I tried it with chocolate and it was l like chocolate covered nuts! Very good.

One of the best gelato I have tasted. Its so creamy and tasty. Their pistachio is a must try. The prices are on the higher end but its a once in a while delicacy. Coming back here soon!

My mom and I went here yesterday for the first time. All of the girls there were so sweet and took the time to explain to my elderly mother what the difference between gelato and regular ice cream was. I thought that was very sweet. They also made some really good flavor suggestions and we weren’t disappointed! We will be back!

This was so delicious, it taste just like what we experienced in Italy. I also love that the color of their gelato is natural color (aside from the mint chocolate chip ice cream). Their other desserts looked so good it was tempting not to just get a little bit of everything.
