horrible customer service. ordered ubereats, after about 35 minutes i called and the guy said he didn’t even know they were on ubereats. called back again 20 mins later and they said he was on his way. not true. food came cold and very late, staff didn’t seem to care. just a heads up.

We had Park Pizza cater a surprise birthday party for my father this weekend, and they absolutely nailed it. We ordered pizza, pasta, zucchini sticks, salad, a hero, and garlic knots, and everything was a hit. The food was incredible—85 people attended, and everyone was raving about it!
They were super punctual, which was really important since this was a surprise party. We also appreciated how flexible they were throughout the process. It made everything so much easier. If you’re looking for great food and great service, I can’t recommend Park Pizza enough. They helped make the day unforgettable!

They accepted an order through DoorDash and never delivered it, but marked it complete anyway (roughly 2 hours after the order was placed) and kept the money. To me, this is theft. Estimated delivery was 9:01pm, so when it got to about 9:45 I ordered from another restaurant and figured I’d get a refund from Park Pizza when they eventually canceled my order. But they didn’t cancel it – they marked it complete despite never making the delivery. Had a similar experience the one other time I tried to order a year or two ago, but at least that time they eventually canceled and I got DoorDash credit for the order.
