Employees arguing and yelling, in the back, not one person has come to the counter in the 1/2 hour so far that I have been waiting for my order. They clearly need more employees and a redesigned restaurant. No one to talk to for a refund. You might have a chance of getting service in the drive through, this is all they care about. Update: After close to 40 minutes someone came out and took care of filling the order.

I follow someone on YouTube and they did a video of this place and decided to go there like two days after I saw the video and it was two days after my birthday. Made some cool pictures. Extremely poor experience. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, I entered the lobby to get assistance. An employee acknowledged me and asked me to wait a moment, which I did. However, that employee never returned to assist me, nor did anyone else.
Being told to wait and then being completely disregarded is unacceptable service. It shows a total lack of respect for the customer’s time. This location needs serious retraining on how to manage workflow and communicate with patrons.

Probably the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The drive thru is rediculous. They have you pull over in a reserved spot even though nobody is behind you. Then as you wait 10 min they serve 5 cars behind you before you even get your food! A simple sandwich and a medium fry does not take 14 min! Management should be embarrassed to run this store. And Deff isn’t the first time it’s happened. You hope it gets better but it never does

All I get every morning is a tea but there is the same lady working the window every morning that gives me the tea she is greets me by name every morning. That is awesome customer service she’s super friendly and does the best she can with what she’s given. People like her deserve to be recognized

First of all, I am old school….i am talking Old Boomer old school. I prefer to enter into the store and order and pick up my food there. But my wife thinks nothing beats the drive through. But today, I let my poor judgement get the better of me. Now, insofar as Mickey D goes, their food is fine. Frankly, nothing beats the double cheeseburger. But today, I decided to go with the double burger. Two of them plus some nuggets and other stuff. I made it so clear at the window that I wanted Double hamburger. The lady on the intercom first said “Double Cheeseburger?” and I said “NO, double Hamburger” and she said “Oh I see it here. 2 double hamburgers”. Perfect. Now, out here in Delaware County you are not close to anything. So I drove the 9 miles back home and wouldn’t you know it…two plain single patty hamburgers that I paid nearly 3 dollars each for. I was so pissed off. From now on, I will open the bag in the car and inspect the crap then and there and I could care less if there are cars waiting behind me or not.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. I asked for a drink carrier at the window, and instead of simply giving me one, the worker shut the window and made me wait several minutes before trying to hand me the drinks again still without a carrier. When I asked again, I was told to pull forward. I expected my food to be made fresh since I had to wait, but when it arrived, my cheeseburgers were cold and tasted old nothing like what I usually get at McDonald’s. Overall, a frustrating experience. Now I’m out money and a meal. Thanks, McDonald’s. Tired of these big companies and “franchises” getting the better of people and their money with the carelessness

January 2026 update –
This location is still wildly broken. App never works, food takes forever still. Rude employees. Same problems, nothing has changed. Go 5min down the road to either of the other locations and you’ll get way faster and better service.
This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Columbus. The service is horrifically slow, often taking over 20 minutes for a single meal and any manager you speak with is rude and condescending. All the other reviews speaking about wait times, poor food quality, incorrect orders etc are accurate. I’ve been here when I’m literally the only customer and it will still take 20 to 30min to get a single meal. Today I placed my order ahead on the app, arrived at 637pm and was told to park like always. 645, no food. I go in and there’s at least 5 other groups waiting for food. Took until just after 7pm before I finally got my order which was a couple happy meals and a couple adult meals. Go figure the orders were wrong which took even more time to correct. All the while I observe, like usual, employees sitting around, playing around and managers egging them on rather than actually making food.
Totally unacceptable. No one expects Michelin star service at McDonald’s but seriously nearly 30min for a handful of meals when it’s a typical level of busyness is unreal.

Anyone who has given a 5 star is certainly lying or bribed to. This location takes wayyyy to long on simple orders. I was pulled off to the side as well as 3 other cars, and they brought others their food as I sat there for a good 15 minutes. The girl who took my order in the drive thru came out and sat on the curb eating her food on a “break”. When I asked what was happening, she said we are short people sorry I’m on break. So I went in the store and waited patiently at the desk and no one came out to even see what I needed until someone finally poked their head around the corner about 10 minutes later and told the person in the back to make my order that I had already been waiting over 30 minutes for. This is just a poor managed store and their employees are hanging on a whim. I went back one other time and as soon as I heard the attitude on the speaker I just drove off.
