The only thing great about this place was the customer service. The poor guy was left alone at the counter to do everything. He kept apologizing. Even though people kept walking by him but not helping him. They were more worried about the online orders than the line forming inside. The guy did amazing though, he never got upset or seemed stressed. Great job.

Good Chipotle location, dont let the bad reviews steer you away! Pay attention to bad reviewers past reviews: do all they do is complain? Do they only have 1 or 2 reviews? Alot of people are unfair with their reviewing and won’t give credit where its due.

I drove 33 mins to this chipotle and I’m very thankful I did! Walking in I wasn’t greeted but I don’t mind that. The young gentleman who worked the front on 10-11-25 around 5:30pm was so nice. Then the young lady was nice as well! I’m happy with my experience!

Let me start off by saying that we were super excited when they finally brought a chipotle into grand Blanc and when they first opened, they were phenomenal but lately they struggle with giving you the food that you order. Last night, my husband stopped in as he ordered me some tacos because he knew I was struggling after the recent loss of my grandmother upon receiving the order he seen that they gave him The wrong tacos he went back in and told the girl that he was given soft instead of hard and with a great big attitude, she proceeded to say well you’re gonna have to wait I have a lot of orders he told her I shouldn’t have to wait as I’ve already submitted my order and paid. It’s not my fault It wasn’t done right she walked away. Another lady came and said I’ll make your tacos. The tacos were atrocious. They put two pieces of chicken on it. There is no lettuce no cheese all in all, It was a horrible experience when it should’ve been a pick me up. I will never spend my money there again. I am a frequent Chipotle customer and will now be taking it to another location. Please be beware going here as not only has a food quality went down, but the customer service is disgusting.

Used to LOVE Chipotle and used to go 1-2 x a month, but haven’t been able to for months …placed an online order and it was ready when promised. Got back home and thought the veggie burrito was much smaller than it used to be…and that’s ok, but ugh…the taste was OK. My friend had the burrito bowl and it was mostly rice with a few beans. A good amount of cheese on top of the lettuce?? Seems like the cheese should be next to the warm mixture, not the lettuce. Anyways…I won’t be going back. Even sold my stock that’s been losing money, anyways. Just not as good as it used to be.

Was overcharged by $10. Glad I said something. Saw a different review also say they were overcharged by the same amount… weird. Unfortunately the girl who made my bowl was there the last two times I went. First time she had pink hair second time long blonde braids. Horrible customer service and seemed to be annoyed that I was ordering from the places she chooses to work at.

Come here frequently later at night and the customer service is always top notch. Blonde girl that works nights goes above and beyond, even when they have problematic doordashers.
They do their best and provide excellent service/food but seems like there’s always a door dasher in there crashing out.
If you can deal with rude people in lines, the food bangs and the workers are friendly.

Went in at 10:05 and the workers acted like they were closed. They were more concerned with closing down than accommodating the guests.
All the food they had had been sitting and WAS NOT FRESH. We had to wait for fresh rice as the worker stated, “this is all hard.”
The pinto beans were basically refried beans, grilled vegetables looked terrible, queso was clumpy and not warm, corn salsa was out and she had to get another one. I ordered a burrito and only like it with the vinaigrette, however when I asked for 2 sides, she said they were already out.
This isn’t the first time it’s been like this!!!
I keep hoping they’ll step it up, but it’s only gotten worse!!

Been ordering from this location for a while now and it’s gotten so bad recently. Incredibly small portions, incorrect orders. I’m done with Chipotle from now on, especially when there is a Qdoba right next door.

Multiple time sat this location my bowl just looks like slop, chicken is chewy and now good. Disappointing because i usually love it at different locations.
