Go Roger @ Jamrock Pastry and Grill is a hidden gem on U.S. 1.
I had the jerk pork with rice and peas and cabbage —packed with flavor , perfectly cooked , and clearly made with care . I also grabbed a curried goat Jamaican patty, and it was outstanding: rich, well-seasoned, and authentic.
The portions were solid, the food was fresh, and the prices were more than fair—I ate extremely well for under $15. If you want real Jamaican flavor without breaking the bank, this place delivers. I’ll definitely be back. 1 ❤️ ✌

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Jamaican restaurant! The food was authentic, flavorful, and freshly made — just like home cooking. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, from the jerk chicken to the rice & peas. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and quality of the food.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. After I ordered several meals to go, the staff noticed I had my hands full and kindly offered to help me carry everything to my car. That kind of thoughtfulness and hospitality is rare these days!
I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for delicious, authentic Jamaican food and top-notch service!
