I hate leaving reviews but this is NOT acceptable, horrible they messed up 3 different orders, they did not toast any bread or add sauce! I called wanting a refund for this mess but the lady working there was not helpful and was insinuating I am a lier. It’s just unbelievable!! Plus she was being rude. I did not call to hear her voice I called bc I am not getting what I paid for, u can tell the bread was not toasted it is all dry and white…

Shopping for the $6.99 foot long promotion. Placed an online order using the app. There were a lot of free parking spots on the front. Arrived at the time of promise shown in the app, and the order was ready for pickup. The Footlong Steak and Cheese was a good choice, which came with Monterey Cheddar, Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Black Olives, and Red Onions.

DoorDashed a couple subs to the hotel tonight and this was the worst sandwich from Subway ever! It’s like they rolled the burnt, stale bread on the ground… Then after cutting it.. they smashed the fluffy inside part, so it was like a tortilla.. 1 piece of lettuce, 1 tomato, 1 black olive, maybe 3 banana peppers..plus so dry even getting it with oil/vinegar and chipotle baja.. close this location… Gaithersburg is terrible!

This is the 2nd time I’ve dropped by this location on a Sunday and it’s closed. The door has clear business hours posted and it says open Sunday. It’s 3:30 in the afternoon; door locks, lights out.

This Subway is one of the worst ones in the nation. Soda machine rarely works. They usually don’t have napkins. The staff is not friendly, kinda miserable. There isn’t even a sign on the door saying this location is closed.
Unfortunately, the Subway in the Montgomery Village Center is much worse.

Order a sandwich in the app. The staff since then said “we don’t make that one here” we’ll clearly you do, because you have the ingredients and ordered it. They also don’t take normal coupons mailed to you. The whole reason I came was because I got a coupon book. There’s enough Subways around you can just go to the next one. You’ll probably have a better time.

Had been going on a regular basis for two years as it was convenient to my work place. I started ordering online again as a convenience. There was an issue with my online order and I said I was calling customer service. Even though I was off to the side trying to find the customer service website the staff called me nasty from the counter. I left and complained twice online to customer service. Never heard anything back
I now go to Panera which has much better food, costs more but the staff is always nice.
