Came in with my family, the guy who made our sandwich’s was great, made delicious sandwiches! Just wish he had some help! (Corporate should really be ashamed of themselves! This isn’t the only location I see that they leave one person to handle everything!) He was the only person handling prep, cashier and the sandwich line etc!! Thankfully everyone was kind and patient and didn’t blame him durning the lunch hour rush!

While the girl who helped me was very nice my sandwich is incredibly messy I was giving no napkins and the paper is so stuck to my sandwich that it’s practically inedible. Due to her blase attitude about making an absolute mess of my sandwich before I needed to go to a doctor’s appointment. I’m not sure I’ll be able to eat any of the sandwich before saisld appointment. Horrible experience and I won’t be back.

I have been a weekly customer for at least a year or more. I chose this specific location due to the female manager & her husband. Not only were they always friendly and professional, it was obvious they cared about not only the business but their customers, witnessed many times when other “regulars” came in while I was in line placing my order. I missed the past week (or 2) due to work schedule, etc, went in this past Tuesday to all new faces. A female (manager?) was at the register talking to 2 employees (apparently new). She never looked at me or said hello, neither did the 2 employees. She walked to the back, leaving me with 2 new people. One just stood there looking at me, the other struggled over a minute to get gloves on. I was finally asked for my order. He touched his hat/hair twice within 1 minute while making my sandwich. Never asked me if I wanted it toasted. Had to ask him to run the bacon in the toaster. The second employee who was watching (and commenting) took over doing toppings. First employee gets bacon out of toaster, same gloved hands picking up bacon to put on sandwich, but stops because it’s hot. Then he tells other employees to do it, to which the response was “no, you do it”. First employee continues trying to pick up bacon, putting 75% of it on 1 sandwich and 25% on the other. Second employee continues banter…annoying. It literally took 20 minutes from the time I walked in to paying at the register to get 2 footlong BLT subs (normally in/out with same order in 7 minutes or less, experiencing exceptional customer service), I was the only person in there. Female (manager?) never came out to check on these new employees. Second employee put sandwiches in the bag but didn’t use Subway seal to secure wrapping or put any napkins in the bag. I’ll try 1 more time next week, I’m hoping the normal management team was on vacation. Honestly, if one of them are not there, I will leave. If the female I saw this past visit is the new manager, good luck, I was beyond underwhelmed. And disappointed if the normal management team is no longer with this location.

In the past year the subway was purchased under new ownership. This is made a world of difference on the quality of sandwiches and service. They now accept coupons. They are friendly and make you feel welcomed as a customer. We are so glad to see the remarkable improvement as we love Subway and this is nearby.

The gentleman working here made this visit amazing. My autistic son loves to visit the one near us and wanted to come in here when he saw the fans. He wanted his usual cookie, chips and water. The kind gentleman did not charge me and even gave my son some balloons. He was patient with my son despite the fact he looked busy when we walked in. The place is very clean and well kept. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and when I am down this way again I will definitely be ordering from here.

There is the nicest fella there that seems to want to do whatever it takes to make you happy. But the female is not at all someone who should work with the public. The ap didn’t work, she would not honor the buy one get one. When I asked for extra onions because I was only having onions and spinich she said no she needed to save some for other customers. The bread was really stale, the meatball was so wet you neede a spoon. She snapped at the male worker and treated him like he was a child and he has worked there a long time. Our staff won’t be back. Place was looking unclean as well.

This use to be the cleanest subway in town. They always had the freshest bread! Not anymore. We’ve eaten there two times in the last month ( March). It’s was not good. Bathrooms were dirty. It was yesterdays bread. Hard tough and very crunchy. Not soft and pliability that fresh bread has.
What has happened for this subway to go down hill so fast? We have eaten at this restaurant at least once a week for two years. New manager or new ownership? Something has definitely changed for the worse. Two strikes and your out of our fast food loop.

Their sandwich artists do exactly what you want, and ingredients are fresh, so if your sandwich is sub-par it’s your fault. They’ve moved away from point-and-order somewhat, which makes things easier on the production line. Still #1 if you have quirky sandwich preferences you want fulfilled to the letter.
