I didn’t even get a chance to order. I waited in an empty drive thru for 15mins. I got there at 12:23 and was gone by 12:38. I drove around and there wasn’t even a car waiting. When I got back to the ordering screen the lady again said we will be with you in one minute and I lost my temper a little! They have the worst customer service. I’ve spoken with the owner before and he is a very nice man but some of the people he has working are so horrible. I sadly will not be returning to that subway again. I wasted almost my entire 30min lunch waiting in a line with NO other cars. Ridiculous.

After our last trip to the Auburn subway at the light, we were not sure if we’d ever patronize this business again. This evening we decided to give it another try and we are so glad we did. The 3 young employees working this evening, AJ, Isabelle, and Jasmine, were professional, polite, and knowledgeable! They displayed amazing teamwork and made two very delicious foot long sandwiches. We will absolutely be back. Great job Subway!

Avoid this restaurant. Their posted prices at the drive through are a lie. When you get to the window, the cost is 20% higher than you were told when ordering. When I objected, they said the menu “hasn’t been updated yet.” I said that’s a problem and they said the manager knows about it but hasn’t fixed it, and sorry about that.

This is flatly illegal. Update the menu first if you want to hike your prices. You can’t tell the customer it’s one thing when they order then demand more when it’s too late. Way to alienate your customers.

I ordered a rotisserie chicken wrap with no cheese and a few veggies + sauces. Tried to pay with a 10 dollar coupon I received from ImpactLife for donating, and there were issues with that. I ended up paying the full amount on my gift card PLUS about four dollars cash for ONE wrap. Not even a meal. Was not offered a receipt. Plus, the women’s bathroom door did not even latch.

2 stars because the wrap tasted pretty good.

Normally it isn’t bad..however this last time I asked for toasted..it was cold. The girl was acting like she didn’t care to be there. And didn’t hand me my sandwichs..literally took my money, and then once done, She walked away. I had to reach over and grab them. She was more interested in running to the back with the guy she was working with. Also, never have pizzas there , you sell them . Smh, I normally spend a lot of money there…I’m probably not going back anymore.

I work between Virden and Auburn. Always favored Virden. Ordered thru the app at Auburn I knew that I was a few minutes early so I waited in the car. Once inside the employee informed me that they were out of pepperoni and salami and couldn’t make either sandwich. Apparently they have no way to communicate with an app order. I basically end up with two ham sandwiches. I can’t rasp the fact a sandwich shop would not have these two meats that are sliced fresh daily, and that the app can’t stop the order if they don’t have the ingredients.

This place used to be decent
Not anymore. I ordered a chopped salad, she proceeds to tell me they haven’t done chopped salads for years, I don’t know whr she came from I’ve never seen her before but I just had one 3 months ago. I got a handful of lettuce, ham n turkey and 2 small tomatoes. Didn’t even fill half the container. I asked her to at least put some more lettuce in it
It was a struggle for her. She took my money of course cash because their card machine never works and gave me change. No thank you nothing. Terrible place.

Old gal working was very rude. I asked for a 6 inch ham egg and cheese but as a salad. The sign clearly says make any 6 inch sub a salad. I am a truck driver and order this all over the country with no issues. She said ok she has to do it as a ham salad with added egg. I said no I am not paying over 10$ for this. I said fine just make me a 12″ with no bread. She told me she couldn’t do that either. I walked out. Very rude and horrible customer service. A customer should be able to order what they want.

I like the comfy chairs. That’s it. No one in line inside, but had to wait close to 10 mins to order because only one employee was on the clock. Owner appears to be concerned more w bottom line and not great customer experience. I wanted to try Subway after trying Casey’s sandwiches. I’ll stick with Casey’s.
