This restaurant has amazing views, amazing food, nice ambient lighting, great music, and it’s not very busy. The menu isn’t too big or too small so that makes it easier to find good options. Overall this experience was amazing.

The food and drinks are very good, and the restaurant is beautiful with an amazing location at the top of the mountain. Prices are high but that’s expected at the ski resort. We were surprised there were no Christmas/winter decorations at all, not even a Christmas tree. The only festive touch was the bartender wearing a lights necklace and gave us really nice service. We were hoping for a more fun, relaxed ski-resort vibe, but it felt more like fine dining. If that’s what we wanted we’d go to Aspen. Overall it’s a good option at the top of the mountain. but compared to Breck that so happened to be having the Rock Star event; it felt too uptight.

AMAZING food, great atmosphere, great service. We had the venison steak, potato wrapped salmon, duck poutine, and stacked burger. All were delicious! Portions were big, enough to share! Prices weren’t bad at all for being at a ski resort and having the quality, luxury, views that the Aerie has. For non-skiers, the gondola drops you off right outside the place. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to be back!

They even offer slippers if you wanted to slip off your ski boots!

The bar was packed on a weekday. Couldn’t get a drink, but there were open restaurant tables. Would not recommend dining between noon and 1 on a weekday. Would not recommend dining on a weekend. Host and wait staff were great. Tried the Italian dip and burger. Both were classics, very good examples of a traditional dish, particularly for a restaurant on a mountain. Bacon wrapped dates are always a winner. The views were outstanding and the atmosphere is the primary reason for 5 stars.

The new Forage and Feast offers a lovely ambiance and good service, but the food and wine definitely have room for improvement. Cheap, generic wine marked up to $12-15 a glass, when it would be so easy to offer vineyard specific or AVA specific wines for the same price. The food court on the lower level looks like a prison environment by contrast.

Forage & Feast is a new full-service on-mountain restaurant at Copper Mountain. The dining room is the nicest thing I have ever seen on-mountain. But it’s not too fancy, there are people with ski gear on after all. However, I did see people dining there in regular clothes, using the gondola to get to the top of the mountain. The view is very nice and there is an entire wall of windows to see it all.

For lunch, I ordered the pork carnitas tacos, 3 corn tortillas filled with plenty of pork, topped with cilantro, onion, and some tasty salsas ($19). These were very good tacos and filling as well.

My wife enjoyed the soup du jour ($14), served in a very large bowl. It is always a veggie-based puree and I think this day it was butternut squash, topped with pepitas and fresh herbs. It was also very tasty and quite filling as well.

For those with even bigger appetites, there are a variety of large plates from a burger to venison and trout. There is also a kids’ menu including some fun mocktails. Plus a full bar for the adults. It was a pretty unique dining experience while out on the slopes.

This has to be the coolest place I’ve ever had lunch! The views were absolutely amazing, and honestly I think it was the best food we’ve had in Copper to date. The atmosphere was great and everything we ordered was delicious. We’ve been to Copper frequently and this was the first time we’ve been here but we will absolutely go back next time we are there!

Loved Forage & Feast! I was looking for a comfy spot with a great view to relax and read a book while my family skied; this checked all my boxes and was my favorite place at Copper! The view is awesome, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were equally amazing. I spent more $ than I would have liked, but for quality food at resort prices, it’s what I expected. The chefs pasta and beet salad were amazing and I had enough left for dinner! Highly recommend. The mountain margarita was also a great choice.
