Atmosphere was good and customer service was good. They must have been having a off day because the reviews made me want to buy from here and I definitely will NOT be going back the plantains alone are disappointing, the meat was chewy with little flavor to it. They literally played in my face with this. The plantains were just burn bs and mush. I’m disappointed.

This picture does not do justice to how amazing this food is. I recently saw Caribbean Delight while out shopping. I LOVE to support local businesses and was blown away by both the food and the service. The curry chicken was hands down the best I’ve ever had – perfectly seasoned, falling off the bone and was incredibly tender and juicy. Each bite was packed with flavor that transported me straight to the Caribbean. I got multiple orders.
The customer service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. They took the time to explain the menu and made me feel right at home.
Caribbean Delight delivered an unforgettable experience and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning soon! RUN don’t walk to this place because food sells out quickly.

We just left and were served food that isn’t fit for a dog. The Mac-cheese looks and tastes like it’s ages old. The jerk chicken was not fresh and tasted more like barbecue chicken. The pasta salad was decent at best. It’s sad that they would even think to serve something like this. If you serve this, you don’t take pride in your craft.

This place is fantastic. Not only is the food delicious, but the owner and her sons are amazing humans. They come from the Virgin Islands and have been several places with their food truck in San Antonio.
Today was my first time, there was something that happened with my card. This woman served me my food and then bent over absolutely backwards to help me get the card issues solved. She called her sons and even asked them to help me. Although it did not get resolved there, she took my personal number just to make sure I got everything sorted with my card. During this whole ordeal, she wasn’t even worried about receiving payment from me. Most owners would’ve been waiting hands out for payment. Not her, she HELPED me try to solve a situation and didn’t mention payment until I said I would pay again!
Later she called me to make sure everything was okay with my card. It was. She followed through on providing fantastic food, phenomenal service and the bonus, providing support for a complete stranger with a problem that she didn’t cause!
Everyone should eat here and talk to this family! I hope they are around for awhile. I will be back with friends!

Best Caribbean food I’ve ever had. So many good flavors! I’ve never had oxtail before and the owner was kind enough to let me try it. I was amazed it was so delicious and flavorful. This place is great, customer service is outstanding. Truly felt like family. Will come again

Oh my goodness, where do I start? First, I want to give a shout-out to the beautiful husband and wife that own this establishment. Thank you guys for taking me back home with this cooking. We got the BBQ jerk & curry chicken. Our two sides were rice and peas and plantains. We also got an Xtra side of rice and peas and plantains (carribeans here ). Our portions were AMAZING, we were VERY pleased. The food was flavored to perfection, and cooked with LOVE in the soul. I’m so grateful I found this gem and you’ve gained a new family member. Definitely give this place a try, you WONT regret it. See you guys soon!

Run do not walk to get this food. Everything was absolutely extraordinarily exceptional. The oxtails were tender, seasoned to perfection and enough to feed me for dinner and take a whole other meal for lunch. The rice and peas were delicious and those plantains were the best I ever had. Couple the food with the sweetest and warmest owner who took time to chat with us while we waited and the freshest lemonade …1000% all around. I can’t wait to see what is next for me to try!!!!!!

Honestly amazing food and amazing service. The lady was very sweet and friendly. The price was higher than I expected (no prices listed on the menu on the truck) but absolutely worth it, especially considering the generous portion size. I got the oxtails with yellow rice and plantains. The oxtails were super tender and fatty. The rice was good quality with a great texture and taste. Plantains were really good too. Y’all give this place a try!!

We did takeout from the Carribean Delight Food Truck on Walzem a few weeks ago. We had an order of the Oxtails with rice and peas and fried plantains and an order of the Brown Stew Chicken, rice and peas and fried plantains. The food was hot, and the portions were ample. One portion is enough for two people. The food was okay but not like any Jamaican we’ve tried before. We may return again and try some of the other dishes.
