Nikko is an excellent sushi Japanese restaurant. I received a table right away when I arrived. I ordered the Beef Donburi with the Oriental Sushi Roll. Before receiving my order, I was given some complimentary deep-fried sushi pieces. The donburi was exemplary; the marinated beef was very flavourful, and the rice was savoury, even on its own. The sushi was very good and fresh with its distinguishing ingredients.
The restaurant has a nice traditional Japanese aesthetic to it, like scroll portraits and a ramen stand roof. Despite the small dining area, it was never too busy nor did it become crowded when I was there. The restaurant played smooth western European jazz for those that enjoy this music. The service was very pleasant and allowed me to use the washroom through their kitchen.
I would really like to come back to Nikko again to enjoy their other menu options.

This restaurant used to be really good, however now it’s not!
I have had my order messed up more than once and all she does is laugh. I’m not impressed and I won’t be back. This was supposed to be a tuna, avocado roll, and all I got was avocado. I would recommend looking other places for sushi.

It was a great cozy restaurant in Abbotsford! About 15 seats or so. The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. they allowed us to occupy a table of four at their busy time, as we (2 of us) had a baby stroller with us. Very considerate. The food was prepared in a reasonable time. The sushi’s were impeccable!!! So delicious with flavors bursting through, with the deep friend jalapeño on one and the sauces. Similarly. takoyaki was so warm to bite, with some cheesy filling. You can taste the authenticity. Absolutely impressive, probably the best sushi in town!!! The beef ramen, not so much. It tasted very mediocre, so that’s a no from us. It tasted bland and the flavors weren’t there. I will definitely come back for the sushi again.

I love sushi, and have tried a bunch of different places, but this is the first where I truly saw divinity with my stomach.
I ordered a bunch of different rolls, mainly salmon and Tuna. The Negitoro roll was so fresh, I could have sworn it was caught when I ordered. The Salmon I ordered were immaculate as well.
Their spicy sauce is truly special, and while I opted out of the spicy mayo, as I thought it wasnt anything special, the other red sauce was sweet, spicy, and full of Umami.
The Red Dragon roll, which I ordered when I asked for the Chef’s Favorite, was truly art. It was as pleasing to the eyes as to the mouth. Very fresh, very filling.
The beef Teryaki tasted like mom would make. Fresh, smoky, flavorful, and with no corners cut. I only had a tiny bit as I shared off of someone’s plate, but if I were stuck on an island with only that, I may choose not to call for help so as not to share.
10/10. Ignore the rest, eat the best.

Very quaint little restraunt with 6 tables. Fast table service mixed with lots of pickup orders. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Very good food and well prepared with generous portions. Shared washroom through the kitchen.

Beautiful little family owned restaurant, small but the atmosphere is lovely. Wonderful lighting, the food is absolutely delicious and the portion sized do not dissappoint! Definitely will be returning here in the future! P.S. They ran out of chicken for our order and gave us a little fried california roll snack on the house! Very very nice of them
