Cinnabon, this is so good, I have to cheat every so often! Located in the lower level near the rear escalator. There is seating outside, and the service is great. Prices seem to be going up. It was actually cheaper at Universal Studios for a Cinnabon.

The Cinnabons are delicious and fresh , you can get a box with six also. Very friendly people working there , but the music on this place was a little too loud, plus they had their garbage bags since was almost time to close the store just right on the side for the customer tables . Not a good presentation.

I enjoy the wonderful cinnamon aroma as you approach and it really entices you to buy something! The counter staff is friendly and efficient and the store is kept clean and tidy. There is seating for you to relax and enjoy your sweet treat. My order was made quickly and tasted soo good.

ZERO STARS! I recently walked into Cinnabon eager to try that green smoothie and a gentleman who looks south american with a Mohawk gave me soo much attitude I should of ask him for his name but his energy was so off I had to walk away I didn’t even want to buy anything from this store! It’s sad because i actually like cinnabon but he wasn’t very welcoming! Mind you there is NOBODY there soo you would think ok, he’s having a bad day like everyone has NO! He gets defensive the minute you ask him a question! He clearly doesn’t know how to adapt and lacks customer service skills…I dont know why you work at a business but don’t want anyone asking you questions? It doesn’t make sense…especially if you work behind the counter! This isn’t the first time he’s done this so it’s becoming a issue. There are soo many people who dont even have a job right now…this guy has a job and he just gives off a dark cloud vibe and it’s not nice too other customers…we don’t deserve that!! I hope cooperate looks into this message.

Not only was the prices different without explanation but they charge for cream (70 cents), the other locations offer with a box, and the cinnabons weren’t fresh. When you ask for fresh ones they’ll tell you the ones your looking at are fresh when you can clearly see they aren’t. Don’t come in with a coupon, or offer from cinnabon guaranteed it will not be honored, instead they’ll convince you they have a better deal for more money. Horrible customer service period…

Today I was on the phone with my daughter while she was there at the mall picking up Cinnabons for me and for our family. One of the cashiers was complaining about her being on the phone to her manager. There was obviously Poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism i want to say i used to work in Woodbridge mall and that type of behavior wasn’t tolerated. The cashier was clearly impatient and rude. On top of that i spent 27$ on stale buns . I would give you a zero if i could . All it takes is one establishment to make the mall look bad . Never coming back

I killed a roach while I was there. Looked further and they were crawling around the register. The man at the counter acknowledged them and said the exterminator was coming. He was also not wearing gloves As he grabbed people’s Cinnabons with tongs and them handled the register.
