Understaffed but the blonde girl working did absolutely amazing! She was fast and respectful and went above and beyond, I hope her manager sees this and knows she is one of the BEST workers there! And I apologize for the other customers that were hateful to her for it being busy! She had 10+ customers in the store and handled it like a BOSS!!!!

I have gone to a lot of subways in my lifetime and almost always am met by rude staff members however today I had the complete opposite! This lovely lady named Raelyn (Im not sure how to spell it) was so polite and helpful when it came to ordering. So shoutout to her for working hard and being kind at the same time!

This is the nicest subway I’ve ever been to!! James, the general manager, made my wrap and it was the best wrap I’ve ever had! Everything was fresh and well put together!! So delicious! After a long day at work, I really enjoy a good fresh, on the go meal, and that’s exactly what I got! James is very polite and professional! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

My online order said it was ready for pickup but they hadn’t even started on it. Why did it tell me it was ready if it wasn’t? They didn’t have any of the veggies that I requested. I go to subway for the veggies. I’ll get pizza next time or pick up subway in Cape.

Management has changed. And I just hope that they keep the place as clean, as it was kept. A few years ago, I had “not great” experiences there. The previous manager was strict about cleanliness and better customer service. I never really like a food business, that’s only operated by kids (pretty much just teenagers). You walk in, and hear gossip about the people who walked out ahead of you.
Just keep the place clean, mature, and fresh and everything will remain good!

The meat section is now occluded, preventing the customer from viewing the employees prepping the sandwiches.
It’s not a deal breaker. However, it would be nice to be able to ascertain if employees are adding sufficient meat products to the sandwiches.
We were asked if we wanted extra meat for 85 cents more. We declined since the meat counter is occluded from customers’ view. There isn’t any way to ascertain if the employees are, in fact, adding additional products.
