I’ve honestly only been to one bad Panda in the area; this is one of the better ones.
Mostly just wanted to write here and share how personable and welcoming Vin is. If I didn’t know any better, it’d feel like we were invited to his own kitchen to eat. Great customer service and a friendly demeanor goes a long way — especially today.

I ordered wok fire shrimp which is an extra fee, but I was given the honey walnut shrimp instead. Family member is allergic to walnuts and I can’t go back tonight to get the order fixed…

I am a fan of Panda Express in general so I was excited to find a newly opened location in Towson Place shopping center. I stopped by today around noon for lunch. The building is new and looks great, the dining room is large and offers several types of tables. There is an outdoor eating area as well. The ordering area is a long counter displaying all the food choices. The menu offers several options for entrees and sides, kid’s meals too!
Drinks are either served from the counter in bottles or you can order fountain sodas with free self-serve refills. Everything was great today, food was really good and the restaurant was really clean.
Will be back!

VINH IS EXTREMELY RUDE. Does not listen to customers and has a temper. The cashier was so sweet and nice but he needs to be put in his place. Have great customer service or work somewhere else. You have no idea what people are going through so be kind!

I asked for a plate and Kira charged me for a bigger plate because I asked for half & half rice. She should have told me she wasn’t going to charge me what I asked and instead charge me extra for something that I didn’t. Management needs to explain this to their staff to communicate to the customer prior to charging them for something they didn’t ask for.

I made an order online for pick up. Got my order and see it’s wrong . They gave me shrimp instead of beef and broccoli. I took it back in, and the man didn’t remake it , he gives me this little container of beef and broccoli. Ridiculous.

Ordered on Uber eats to my job a few blocks away and the food was cold. I ordered 2 large plates and they only gave me 5 soy sauce packets and this rice is flavorless so it needs soy sauce bad. Mind you the “fried” rice is just basically white rice they browned it’s not fried at all. Next, I got the paper chicken as one of my main dishes and they just gave me a bunch of onions and sauce no actual chicken pieces. My chicken egg roll was also tiny and it was black on the bottom portion. I will say the orange chicken was good but I wish I had just got that and nothing else. This food was so expensive and what I got was terrible. I knew this would be a step down from really Chinese takeout but I didn’t expect it to be similar to going to Taco Bell instead of a real Mexican spot. If u get nothing else from this review I highly suggest you avoid their “pepper chicken”, the knock off fries rice and the tiny chicken egg rolls. If you have to order here just get a large orange chicken and nothing else … but I won’t be going back. $26 for a plate of fake fried rice and tiny egg roll is insane.
