They have probably the best chicken in the area. I love their Atomic sauce, the heat of it is fantastic! The fries are also wonderful! They’re very fast with getting the food out and they’re also very friendly. I jokingly refer to it as my adult McDonald’s. I would actually say that the price for this five-piece chicken strip meal that I get is equivalent to something I would get at McDonald’s, but I’m getting more for the money in terms of food and quality.

My food was supposed to be ready at 730. It’s now 8:00. The lady at the front is extremely rude and another worker is just on his phone asking what the other employees want to eat. All I had was a 6 piece combo. I asked to refund it and she goes we can’t refund until tomorrow morning and then tells the worker after I walk away that I’d only get 30% of the refund back. I’ve worked at Jersey mikes for 4 years and if you think you’re going to be busy, ask more people to work or train your employees to be nicer especially if they are the first faces you see when you walk in. Absolutely ridiculous.

ZERO STARS!! DISGUSTING! I wish that I could give them zero stars. For starters the wait time is ridiculous! I waited for 1 hour for a simple 3piece tender combo. Then after waiting my order was completely wrong. I was devastated considering how long I waited. This was my first encounter with wingstop. Then today I attempted to retry since my friends were also ordering thinking it was worth a second chance, it was just a bad day last time. However, they failed tremendously, again! My sauces were wrong, the wings were not well done like I asked, and when I attempted to talk to the manager and have her remake my order she completely dismissed me, no empathy whatsoever, just said there was nothing she could do, and after touching my food she attempted to give it back. Why would I eat food after you have had your hands all on it?? I’m very disappointed and disgusted with wingstop I will NEVER be going back!! BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY!! They need better staff to atleast make it better after mistakes on their part.

This location used to be top notch with food and service, but the past three times I have been here, I have been disappointed. Like most Americans, we want to go out to eat and make sure that we get what we pay for. Tonight was no exception and I decided Wingstop would be my dinner tonight. I ordered through the app and even came in 10 minutes before it was estimated to be done. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter to take orders and three people waiting to be serviced. When it was finally my turn, I told the employee my name and he casually glanced over the names and left to go to the kitchen. I assumed he went to look for my order, but then he came to take another order. I figured my food wasn’t ready yet. Then, after serving the other people, the same employee asked me my name again. I told him and he found my order. Turns out, it was ready the whole time and he just didnt put the effort to look hard enough. Now my food is cold when it could have been hot, had he just looked a little harder. All of the employees acted in disarray. Retraining employees would be a good start to get this place back to what it was before.

EDIT: I’ve been a few times since the opening week and the orders have been correct and the food warm & delicious. It’s still hard to check that everything is there when you’re picking up, but I appreciate that things haven’t been missing the last few orders.
Placed an order online. Picked it up, and as another reviewer said- it’s hard to see if everything is in the bag or not. It appeared like everything I ordered was there, but when I got home I was missing an item. The food that I did receive was overall ok, but cold. The estimated time for pick-up was an hour so I showed up around the 50 minute mark. I think the food must have been sitting for a while because when I got home a few minutes later the food was not at all warm. Disappointing. It’d be nice to get a more realistic time for pick-up when ordering online, and for the employees to check that all items ordered make it to the bag. Hope they get better!
