The only reason they are getting ONE star instead of ZERO is because they delivered a free pizza to make up for the one I had already picked up… that had a HAIR COOKED into it!! I didn’t realize until I got home and went to eat of course, but the hair was literally cooked underneath the pepperoni/cheese. I had heard so many good things and was so excited to try this ‘amazing’ pizza. Just to be strongly disappointed and disgusted. HOWEVER, they did make it better In the end even though that should have never happened! (I also posted pix. They are hard to see but I GUARANTEE that hair was cooked inside that slice.)

Out very first order and definitely our last order. Both pizzas are messed up. One was supposed to be a white pizza but had red sauce, the other just needed to be round, but no luck there either.

I don’t know who I just talked to but she wasn’t very friendly AT ALL!! This is the very first time I’ve ever ordered from this place. I just moved into the area. She needs extra training or find another profession!!! She gave y’all a bad bad name! The best advertising is word of mouth!! She definitely didn’t help your business out!
Edit: I gave one star at first; rose it two stars because of the delivery service and the outstanding service from the driver! She was awesome! Pizza taste good too. Still trying to decide if the pizza I ordered is worth 18 bucks though….

When I first moved to Austin 12 years ago, Austin’s pizza was awesome. Great food and great service. But, although the quality of the food stayed the same, the service took a nose dive. It seems like every order I made over the last 3 or 4 years has been messed up and no one seemed to care. No wonder they’ve had to shutter so many stores and are now forced to sell their pizza out of the back rooms of Mama Fu’s. This may be saving the business money, but if they don’t fix their declining quality of service, there’s no saving this Austin tradition.

Don’t order pizza delivery from this location. We were planning on going out to dinner and decided to just stay home and order pizza. We called at 7 PM and at 8:30 we called back to find out where our pizza was. The girl said she forgot to send it out and that she would have to use favor for delivery which meant it would probably be another hour before I got it. I asked to speak to the manager and Her name was Jen. She said they did not have any drivers tonight and the girl forgot to call favor to deliver my pizza. I told her I was very upset and just cancel the order and give me my money back. She did it right then and said you’ll have your money back in your account in 5 to 7 days. She did not even try to do anything to earn or even keep my business. She said she had just found out that minute that the girl never sent out my pizza. That is horrible management and the worst customer service I have ever seen. She should have apologized and gave me one of my pizzas for free or even some wings or just something to compensate for the inconvenience they caused us. I will never do business with them again and I will make sure that everyone in the universe knows about their poor customer Service and and their lack of professional management.

My wife was in labor 9 months pregnant and just wanted a pizza. I were tried to order the Monday special online and the subtotal was 13.99 but online orders require a minimum of 14.00. I called the store and they refused to process it. I had to order more food just because of a penny. I was told it would be here in 45 minutes. Over an hour later, I get a call from the delivery driver that he just got to the store and that the pizzas were wrong and also cold. Told him to just bring it. Food ultimately arrived an hour and a half after ordering cold and incorrect. Will never order from Austin’s again.

I ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings. I paid for 2 premium toppings so I could have 2 servings of goat cheese on my pizza. It’s not easy ordering pizza when your severely lactose intolerant, so finding a place that has goat cheese, and actually really good pizza, is exciting. When I got my pizza, there were a 2 or 3 crumboes of goat cheese per slice. I had run into this problem before, spoke to the manager, and with a little customer education we figured out how I could order the pizza I wanted. Tonight my pizza was delivered, wrong, so I went to pick up the remake, when I said there still wasn’t 2 servings of goat cheese, the guy said “we don’t do that, it’s too expensive for us.” I’m sorry but, I’m pretty sure that’s what I paid for, and why management instructed me to order in that manner. So now I have a $25 piece if crust with a thin layer of sauce and a couple of crumbles of goat cheese. Guess I won’t be blowing my diet tonight!

We just ordered from here and let me tell you. It was awesome!!! We ordered the meat madness, a personal pepperoni, wings, and pizza rolls. Plus a Cesar salad. I’m usually not a huge pizza fan(my husband is) but I could not stop eating it!!

Ordered online during busy hours and was still delivered in less than an hour, and the delivery driver was very polite and friendly. Pizza was delicious and i loved very much the way the portabella mushrooms are placed on the pizza. Overall very pleased and will be returning here soon. Thank you for great food and great service!

Had Austin Pizza delivered before and it was fantastic! Warm, flavorful, and arrived earlier than expected. We decided to give them another go tonight and it was dreadful. Cold pizza, cold wings, missing wing sauce, and doughy pizza rolls. With such a miss, we won’t lean towards the one hit.
