I visited this spot after seeing all the great reviews, and there were definitely some positives. The portion size for the Chicken Inasal Combination was generous. The glass noodles were flavorful, and the pork spring rolls—though small—were packed with a lot of flavor. The flavored yellow rice was decent too, so in terms of variety and quantity, the meal had good value.

However, the overall experience had quite a few drawbacks. When you walk in, it doesn’t feel like a typical restaurant setup — just a plain room with a few tables and menus from different “restaurants” posted on the walls. There’s no staff present to greet you, and the tables weren’t cleaned. Since I did an online pickup, it was confusing figuring out how to let anyone know I had arrived. With the kiosks turned off and no front counter, I had to call the restaurant, and someone eventually came out from an “authorized personnel only” door to hand me the order.

The biggest disappointment was the BBQ chicken itself. It was cooked too long, ending up dry, thin, and charred instead of juicy and flavorful.

Overall, while there were some good elements to the meal, the setup and the main dish bring this place to a 3-star experience for me.

Wow. As a Filipino American, I am blown away

Ive been living in Denver since 2020 and have been looking for authentic, Filipino cuisine since. It’s all been trash until today.

Born in Manila and have had eaten the food on motherland soil — I can safely say that Paborito is THE spot to get Filipino food in Denver.

Food was 10/10 and incredible, transported me back to Quezon City. Thank you for restoring my faith that my cuisine exists out here

Delicious Filipino food! Eaten here twice now. I shared a couple of photos with my two dishes. Not much of a place to eat at since it’s a shared kitchen space but don’t let that distract you from how amazing their food is. Definitely recommend anyone giving them a try.

When you go there …. It’s basically a “to-go lobby” where multiple restaurants share the to -go space. You can order online or call them and you would pick up your food here. There is one small area to stay and eat your food but there are only 3 tables and when we were there a huge family put the tables together. Lucky for us they were leaving.

The food had great portions. There was enough for 3 days of leftovers. I really liked the palabok and the tapa flakes.

After ordering Paborito on Uber Eats for over a year for our usual favorites – sinigang, tofu sisig, and calamansi juice – we were in the area and decided to pick up. It was delicious as usual and it was so nice to meet the owners behind our favorite go-to meals since moving to Denver. Maraming salamat/many thanks Paborito!

I ordered from Paborito for pick-up and I have to say, it exceeded all expectations. As a Filipino, authenticity is crucial to me, and Paborito nailed it. Every dish I tried was amazing — you can’t go wrong here. The flavors are spot on and truly taste like home. They offer generous portions without compromising on quality. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Filipino food! My favorite is the PORK BBQ

Short notice catering for my Pac-Man Party, these guys did not disappoint!

We had the lumpia, inasal, pancit, and Lechon kawali, and all was so yummy.

Will be going back, highly recommended from a widely experienced high calorie fellow Filipino.

100x way better than any Filipino restaurants in Colorado. I wish there s an option to order solo plate dish. Otherwise everything we ordered was legit.

Paborito’s food tastes like home. It’s my go-to spot for Filipino cuisine in town. My husband and I are particularly fond of their sisig, lumpia, and pancit. Today, we decided to order the Boodle Tray since we had family visiting. They absolutely devoured the food! I highly recommend Paborito and can’t wait to return.

Eating these dishes instantly brought me home to the Philippines! We got the chicken inasal and grilled liempo combos and lechon kawali plate. I love that they serve authentic Bacolod-style chicken inasal, which has a tangy and savory flavor that sets it apart from the sweeter grilled chicken passing off as “inasal.” Location isn’t the best, but the drive to pickup our food was worth it!
