Gonza Tacos Y Tequila was such a great find! The service was good and the drinks were spot on mixed and full of flavor. The fajitas were the highlight, they were fresh, sizzling, and absolutely delicious. The decor was amazing and added to the great vibe of the place. The whole experience felt lively and welcoming. I will definitely be back for another round.

We visited this location recently and the friendliness of staff and the atmosphere were terrific. We were seated right away on a Friday night. Our bartender/server was very friendly but it took a while to get our drinks and she became pretty busy as the night went on.
The chips and salsa were great but the steak in my steak tacos was overcooked and dry and didn’t have a lot of flavor to them.
I’d recommend this restaurant but probably not get the steak tacos again. I also enjoyed watching the robot Lupe move around the restaurant.

Me and my girlfriend had Tim tonight as our server and he was amazing! So friendly, personable and wonderful at his job. He is the best server I’ve ever had at this restaurant. We will definitely be back soon. We had delicious chicken quesadillas and the salsa, chips and queso were really tasty.

The food was delicious the drink I only needed one!! I’m not sure who was behind that bar, but thanks..lol I can not remember the waitress name, but she was friendly and willing to explain anything on the menu.

The food was delicious! We had the quesadilla, fajitas, and tacos, and everything was really well done. The chips they bring out as an appetizer were great — perfectly crisp and not overly salty.
The salsa was okay and could use a bit more flavor, but the queso more than made up for it. It was thick and creamy (not runny like some places) with a nice little kick — very good.
The sangrias were delicious. I did try the spicy pepino, but it tasted more like a lemonade and didn’t have any real spice or kick.
Dessert was excellent — we had the flan and churros, and the caramel sauce was especially delicious.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back.

Amazing place with great atmosphere! Loved all the decor, definitely felt like a lot of love went into this spot. Luca was our server, he had great recommendations and took good care of my mom and I for lunch on Good Friday. The food was excellent! Down to the tortilla chips Special margarita was blueberry pineapple- immaculate! I got the Camaròn tacos and mom got the Porter no pineapple. The shrimp was excellent with the perfect amount of heat, the pork was some of the best I’ve had in a taco. Will definitely be making the trip to Raleigh more often to visit more!

The service was wonderful! It was very busy but the waitress kept checking on us and the hostess sat us earlier than our reservation. The decor and atmosphere is great. The guacamole tasted very fresh. My fiancee ordered the salmon and she really enjoyed it.

We didn’t make a reservation, and we were seated outside at a picnic table. I guess the inside tables were taken? It was a little odd to not be asked inside vs outside like restaurants normally do.
The food was excellent though. We ordered the queso which had a nice flavor. It was thick and a good portion size for the price. The chips were thin and crispy. 3 out of the 4 of us got the pastor tacos, and they were delicious. Lots of meat in each taco and wonderful flavor. The strawberry margarita is also worth getting.

Great food, poor wait service, beautiful decor and ambiance. I REALLY want them to improve their wait service, because then I could justify coming here on a more routine basis – and recommend it to others.
Service- host was nice, but we only got 1 menu for the 3 adults in our party. Our waitress was slow and forgot my mother in law’s request. It took about 20 minutes after we finished our entrees to get checked on, at which time I asked for the bill, boxes, and my sons pre-ordered dessert. We did finally get my MIL’s extra sauce with the to go boxes. I also left a full 20% tip, because I believe in higher wages regardless.
Food- All the food we received was 5/5, 100% on point. Mexican Flag dish was absolutely delicious. My son loved his quesadillas and my wife couldn’t stop talking about her dish
